Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee, who is overseeing the case against former President Donald Trump, made a small donation of $150 to Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ campaign prior to his appointment. McAfee, who was sworn in on Feb. 1, 2023 after being appointed by Republican Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp, made his donation in June 2020 while still working as an assistant U.S. Attorney for the Department of Justice (DOJ), according to financial disclosures. He will soon have to decide whether Willis should be disqualified over allegations that she financially benefited from appointing her romantic partner, Nathan Wade, to work on the Trump case.

Whether she "personally financially benefited" is only ONE of the causes to have her removed, and even disbarred...even the "Appearance of impropriety" is sufficient grounds to remove her...the admitted campaign finance law violations, tossed off in court as if they were nothing is also grounds.
Her decision to even press the "Novel, unprecedented, unique, never before heard of case", and all of her actions after can "appear" to be an improper personal political benefits activity.
Her signing onto, and having nine other prosecutors sign onto a copy of Wades Declaration to the divorce court that is now admittedly false/perjury, and having IT admitted as evidence into THIS court? Also very serious grounds.

We will see how McAfee handles his own conflict of interest. It appears the fix is in, since he let her get away with her boorish, entitled behavior for hours on the stand last week. It is despicable that Willis and Wade are still being paid given their obvious lack of ethics or legal skills.

If Kemp appointed McAfee - - that means McAfee is a jelly-spined RINO - - who will stab President Trump in the back - - if it means keeping his cushy judge job.
Nothing good will come of this.

Well there you have it. So now we know. It's no wonder this idiot Judge gave Fani a hundred feet of rope to go one rambling, angry rants during her testimony.

A judge with an ounce of Integrity would have recused himself from this case... The fix is in on this one.

Well that explains why Fannys was able to rule the courtroom last Friday. Wonder what other sychophants Fannys has working on the bench for her. Wish the GA legislature held a hearing and got Just Fannyfan to explain his donation and unethical non disclosure.

My sense has been that Fani will skate. This helps to confirm those suspicions. I expect that will step down "on her own" and be replaced. The end goal is to keep the trial in Fulton County. Fani is expendable, Fulton County is not.

For whatever it’s worth, some major corporations “expect” their management employees to “voluntarily contribute/donate” financially at times to something political so what may appear to be a personally willing financial contribution may be in the “voluntarily contribute/donate” category; further, according to the New York Times, one of Judge McAfee’s first jobs after graduating from law school a decade ago was in the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office and the division, at the time, was led by Fani T. Willis according to a former district attorney and another lawyer who worked in the office at the time.

Other than the fact that Fat Fani Willis is one. This explains why she was able to act like an arrogant, haughty, ignorant, belligerent, corrupt, AA hired, racist Black democrat female on the stand in a courtroom.

Well...another reason for fani to be taken off the case...but...that won't happen...just like the Williams babe in New York they are protected by the rats and there isn't any chance that President Trump will get a just verdict....
