One CVS drug store in Washington, D.C. has taken much of its stock off the shelves and is using the space to display photos of what customers used to be able to grab for themselves.
Conservative commentator Joey Mannarino posted to X photos he claimed were from a CVS store on H Street in Washington, D.C.
“This is from the CVS on H Street in Washington DC. Due to the out-of-control theft, they have now put away almost all their items and just have photographs of what is in stock. You press the button and the sales associate gets you what you need,” he posted.

Bring a chair, lunch and something to do while you wait for the sales people.

This is the liberal utopia that Democrats have promised us since the days of FDR. It has finally arrived.

I work at a big box store. A guy stole a suitcase about 2 weeks ago. Then he stole something from another store in the mall. With all the cameras, he was identified. Bench warrant was issued. Warrant has been served. Yeah!
So, the guy is out living his life & thinking he is a successful thief. All of a sudden there is a knock on the door. The police arrest him. What a way to impress the neighbors!

I am very familiar with H st. NE . In 1968 I spent 3 days there fighting fires set by rioters.

Live action virtual reality. One step away from closing real stores altogether - but ushering in new expansions into virtual thievery. I grieve for our future as I mourn our present.

I graduated from the engineering school at George Washington University, 23rd & I (eye) Street, NW,
Even then (1980) there were large parts of "Dee Cee" that were 'unhealthy' for white folks to go into.
Looking at a map of CVS stores, I see one on H street NE.... I never went into that part of town, so I cannot comment on it.
I also see a CVS on the infamous 14th Street NW..... that was another area I avoided..... it was notorious for the streetwalkers and hookers.
That was what....43 years ago. (Geez, I'm getting to be an old geezer!) Hopefully the area has improved....but I doubt that it has.

How long before the racist CVS closes shop and moves to the burbs?

Please stop avoiding naming the actual cause of most big city problems because you fear being called a racist. It’s feral blacks. Period. Full stop. I know it, you know it, everybody knows it. You can’t fix something if you can’t even name it.
America does not have a race problem. America has a PROBLEM RACE.

I blame the left. They have wanted a criminal favoring society since the sixties. Now we have it. Arm yourselves folks, it's only going to get worse.

This reminds me of when I traveled to Russia in 1979.
When you went into a store to buy any staples, you got in one line to choose the items, then into a second line to pay for them and the third line was to receive the items. It would take hours to do any major shopping.
Sounds like it is now happening in D.C.

I don't need to remind you that the mayor of DC is a black female Democrat. Do we see a pattern here in our largest cities? Crime, shoplifting and looting at the top of the list, is an entitlement for the blacks, of course.

I visited an auto parts and supply store in South Africa a few years ago. I noted a black "dude" hanging around outside in the mall parking lot, wearing a comically oversized and colored bright pink faux fur cap, literally 18" across over his apparent huge Afro hairdo.
Inside.....no items at all. A heavy wire cage divider with only 25% of the store available for customers, the rest behind with the proprietor. Ask for and item, he'd fetch the multiple brands, you chose one, and paid for it and were handed your item. No customer access for theft.
Apparently the folks like the young man in the giant pink fuzzy cap were thieves. Shocking.
Not.

When your mayor, police chief, district attorney and city managers are all soft on crime (and soft in the head) Black democrats this is what happens. The majority Black leftist populace (especially the young future college scholars ages 14-18) feel entitled to free stuff. If said stuff belongs to the evil White man so much the better.
