Progressives in Ohio wasted no time moving to change the state’s constitution and take away qualified immunity from police after a failed push by Republicans to make it harder to alter the state's guiding document.
Shortly after Ohio voters rejected a ballot measure that would have raised the threshold to amend the state constitution from 50% plus one vote to 60% of the vote, the Ohio Coalition to End Qualified Immunity submitted a petition to end qualified immunity for state workers, including the police, the Toledo Blade reported.

Elections have consequences. Stolen elections have severe consequences. Once the Left seizes power, how long do you think it will take before they change the law so that the threshold to change the State Constitution becomes 75%?

And the Left NEVER ever ever stops. Repub/Conservatives (with some notable exceptions) they lose, ho hum... that's the way the cookie crumbles. If those voters could only understand that their lives literally depend on fighting to save their CIVILIZATION. our civilization, let alone our Constitution, our culture, traditions, mores, laws, peace (general) and tranquility, rapidly dissipating as we speak. They get caught up in petty squabbles and name calling and innuendos and little sniveling games behind each other's backs. We have cranky old windbags who cling to their seats to preserve their reason for living. They aren't patriots at all, though pretend at it.
Meanwhile the Left is in deadly serious action mode and charges forward. (Check every revolution, the same evil one is there. Can you guess his name?) And they are fine with being seen as mean, even crooked, bending rules... ruthless... cruel. They do not care what you think. They don't care that we're supposed to be a Nation of Laws, and Not of Men. They care about winning to this end, the fundamental upheaval and transformation of our country FOR EVER. They're grinding out a revolution under our noses, and they don't care if a corrupt, lying autocrat like windbag-in-chief biden is bloviating all over the place and breaking wind with the myriad EOs his minders put in front of him to sign. But he's in on it. We shouldn't be lulled into inattentiveness.
Speaking to Ohio voters:
Get it? the Dem/Left is serious.

Sadly, Ohio is becoming like the rest of the blue states. The big cities rule election night through election tampering while the rest of the state is appalled by what is happening.
#2, Has hit the nail on the head. Democrats will do anything to win. The Republican Party in the state is asleep at the wheel. At our little polling place in a rural area, there were signs all over drive into the entrance, Vote No on Issue 1. There was not one sign urging the people to vote, yes. Democrats are motivated. It also was easy to see which side of the political spectrum your neighbors were on because they had vote No Signs in their yards. Right now Dems are out numbered here but they are doing anything and everything to change that. Unfortunately, the Republican Party is taking the vote for granted. This is the way change is made. I would bet that in Ohio’s big cities the fraud was what made the difference. Dems get out the vote. The Republican Party in this state is too complacent. Tip O’Neil said all politics is local. Republicans evidently don’t believe that. One thing is sure, Democrats want Ohio and they are coming for it.

I hope the folks in Columbus, Cleveland, Akron, Toledo, Cincy, and Dayton like crime.
They should call their buddies in Minneapolis to find out what is next.

Just paving the way for brown shirt lefty illegal aliens to take over the role of law enforcement as the real police quit in droves.

Qualified immunity allows bad cops to escape their actions. It was unheard of until about 50 years ago. While not the majority, cops have used their immunity to be vindictive against persons with whom they hold a grudge, or civilians they feel 'just deserve' a beating or an arrest. In English - bad cops.
'Qualified immunity is a judicial doctrine created by the Supreme Court that shields state actors from liability for their misconduct, even when they break the law.'

I don't live in Ohio (just across the border, but I used to) but most all of the Issue 1 ads on TV stations were touting the fact that it was all about abortion...not votes...I guess there are still a lot of baby killers running around the state, but more certainly there was 'dark' money coming in to fund the ads and to bolster the vote NO side...

#3, look on the bright side; once the police are gone it's open season on leftards. Then the adults can put things back the way they were a century ago. Minus the 19th amendment, of course, which is a failed experiment.
