Crackdowns on religious — that is, Christian — freedom in America are growing. Over the weekend, a group of Christians protested a so-called “trans” event targeting children in Wisconsin. But once they began to read and quote from the Bible, police quickly moved into action, detaining, handcuffing, and arresting. The incident was videotaped. One speaker can be heard saying, “You guys are acting like thugs” to the police as they arrest a young man who is reading from the Bible.

Perhaps it's time to start gathering names of politicians and appointees who wish for Christians to be silent, or worse. Two can play at that game.

We now can see clearly that Trannies and homosexuals are more important to liberal Americans than are Christians. It's funny the police were right there on hand to arrest Christians, but are not to be seen when ANTIFA shows up to harass peaceful protests.

Here is the best reason of all for memorizing scripture. If you have to stand there reading from the Leather Bound Book, it isn't down deep within and it calls attention of the Bible Haters. My fifth grade teacher made us memorize scripture instead of having us do I-must-not-talk-in-class'' write-offs.'' Turns out, memorizing scripture come easily to me, since I was about ten years old--got lots of practice.

For years conservatives, law abiding citizens and just plain Americans were sure that when the time came the military and law enforcement would never surrender to, abide by and, take part in leftists' atrocities. But over these past decades we see law enforcement in particular, happily accede to crackdowns, lock downs and infringement of citizens' basic constitutional rights, well, one group's constitutional rights; harassing and arresting, J6 protestors, parents at school board meetings, Christians attending church during unlawful government lock downs during the Wuhan flu and, Christians peacefully protesting at these trans events or abortion clinics. I cannot imagine these officers would allow their children to be exposed to this odious debauchery and yet, they happily comply with these illegal arrests. This is exactly how it started in Germany in the 1930's and we all sit here watching as these same tactics slither through and take hold in what was once our beloved constitutional republic. Just following orders, indeed. As a supporter of law enforcement I am horrified at the east at which police officers now

Well #8, I sure understand your sentiment. These increasing incidents of police using unnecessary force against innocents is scary. If it makes you feel at least a little bit better, here in Texas we have it happening too. We had outrageous treatment of an Arkansas family a few days ago by Frisco police and LE at a White Deer rodeo out of control towards a small man HELPING a teen girl who was seizing uncontrollably. The cops got ridiculous as the man, a physician as well as a MY district’s member of Congress Ronny Jackson TRIED in vain to explain he was assisting medically as they waited for the ambulance. This is going on all over not just Wisconsin.

Every time I see one of those thugs on TV in a dog pile, beating someone to a pulp while screaming "stop resisting!" it makes me sick. Thats what a rapist would do. As a kid I was taught to support and obey the police. So far they have not mistreated me personally, and I hope they never do. But its pretty clear they mistreat some people. It doesn't help that they have lowered the standards and a lot of cops nowadays have nasty tattoos and beards. They look like outlaw bikers. Not exactly Reed and Malloy.

In classical Greek mythology, hubris is a fatal flaw that inevitably leads to tragedy. No matter how admired the hero, any mortal who dares to behave like a god is punished in the end. Mankind never seems to learn this lesson. The "elites" of every generation delude themselves into believing that they are superhuman and inherently different from those they consider beneath them. They are not. Whatever afflicts ordinary people will eventually come for those who build extravagant sanctuaries intended to rival Mount Olympus. No "elite" ideology has caused as much suffering as communism for a simple reason: it is a false doctrine that feeds on hubris.

Under our Constitution, impeachment and removal from office is not a criminal proceeding. It is a fiduciary accounting for abuse of office. In Joe Biden’s case it would be for abuse of the office of President. His fault would be having been unfaithful to his trust as President. To assume his office, Biden promised the American people that he would “faithfully execute the office of President.” This rule of faithful best efforts on the part of every President was applied in the article of impeachment of Richard Nixon as follows: In all of this, Richard M. Nixon has acted in a manner contrary to his trust as President and subversive of constitutional government,

Not these papers. The greatest of them is the Marina Times, and this week they have not disappointed.

Mark Zuckerberg’s hundreds of millions of tax-deductible “Zuckbucks” that boosted turnout in heavily Democrat areas in 2020 made him my enemy. I feel no shame at reveling in his mounting misfortunes in business, even as Meta, his rebranded name for Facebook, remains robustly profitable. Actually, that profitability, the result of Facebook and Google utterly dominating the online advertising business, and this depriving AT and every other conservative website of the ad dollars we need to stay alive (while keeping a lid on the viral distribution we need), is yet another reason to hate him, come to think of it.

Last week, Barack Obama’s private chef, Tafari Campbell, fell off his paddle board and sank below the surface of Edgartown Great Pond. His drowned body was recovered on Monday morning in the water off the former president’s Martha’s Vineyard estate. Currently, there’s no foul play suspected, and it’s worth noting that Campbell was not wearing a lifejacket. However, certain peculiarities have presented themselves, causing some people to raise questions. For example, the reason for the 911 call that prompted the search was left blank in official logs. The person Campbell was with at the time of the accident remains unidentified, and the police have refused to disclose the person’s name.

It was a rough month for FOX News. For anyone who’s been paying any attention to what a post-Tucker Carlson landscape would look like at Fox News, two things are pretty apparent: That landscape is pretty barren. The suddenly-beleaguered news network has lost so many viewers, its stock was downgraded. Fox News is trying anything — or perhaps flailing about — in response to hemorrhaging viewers, including some shakeups to its primetime lineup. Following all of the recent turmoil FOX News has lost the trust of American conservatives. Only one-third of self-described conservatives trust FOX News the most. They may never gain back those former viewers. And it doesn’t appear to be a priority.

Of all the outrages in Biden special counsel Jack Smith’s latest indictment of Donald Trump — and there are many — the worst comes at the end of the 45-page screed’s Count One, the section titled “The Defendant’s Exploitation of the Violence and Chaos at the Capitol.” This is where Smith waves the bloody shirt. Smith intends to try Trump for the Capitol riot even though he hasn’t charged Trump for the Capitol riot. No rioting charge. No allegation of criminal incitement. No seditious conspiracy, no insurrection, no crime of violence of any kind. To levy such an allegation would have been untenable. Smith’s indictment hides the ball, as did the like-minded.
