Backlash continues to build against Harry’s Razors over the brand’s previous promotion of the transgender activist group the Trevor Project, a group that supports transgender treatments for minors.
Conservative commentators and other social media users called out the razor company after a video highlighted by social media account End Wokeness went viral showing a woman who identifies as a man shaving her face in an Instagram video sponsored by Harry’s Razors. The video is captioned “celebrating my first Pride with facial hair!”

Dear Daily Wire,
This is not a backlash. It's a response.
You do stupid things, you suffer consequences.

I'm a little sick of changing razors. First I ditched jillette. Then I ditched dollar shave club. Now I have to ditch Harrys. Who am I supposed to buy razors from?

Schick, Wilkinson Sword, and several others haven't offended me, as far as I know. Schick is my current brand. IIRC, in Caddyshack, Judge Smails' law clerk was named Chuck Schick. (He didn't get any.)

What is the age of the female?
Was she VERY menopausal?
Why the big deal about 'pride' for female facial hair?

Currently using Schick razors. As others have noted, left Gillette many years ago, then ditched Harry's a few years back. Tried Jeremy's razors, but those took my face with it. Looked for Wilkinson Sword and ended up with Schick.

Razors and transgender... I half thought the ad would show how sharp their razors were and change the man to a woman with one swipe of a sharp Harry's Razor!

FTA: another video circulated by End Wokeness showing executive leadership at the company referring to mothers as “birthing parents” and fathers as “non-birthing parents.”
I wonder how their moms feel when they receive Happy Birthing Parent Day cards on Mother's Day.

***“celebrating my first Pride with facial hair!”****
Not that any of this tranny stuff is logical.... But if you spent so much money and pain on getting that facial hair, why would you then shave it off?

In this whirlwind world of "rank-and-file"customer backstabbing, who can one turn to if they don't wish for their hard-earned dollars (or even stolen gollars) ending up in an idiot's pocket or worse?
Tell ya whut. I'm not big into schilling or endorsements... but if you can replicate the experience/service I've enjoyed, take a look at West Coast Shaving. Hope I'm not sending anyone into the arms of "crypto wokesters"... but no hint of that so far at my end.
Best wishes.

I don’t remember where, but a while ago I read that the founder of Harry’s is a homosexual. Need any other explanation?

Went to Harry’s briefly after Gillette. Switched to Schick a couple of years ago when Harry’s did some woke junk. I am very happy with Schick.

Can't imagine that the ad is about selling more product.
Just about getting their ESG "woke" corporate scores a little higher. Investors be damned.

Mr. D and I swi5ched to Schick years ago. They make good product. Handles are comfortable, sturdy and blade cartridges last a long time too. Have yet to see/hear any he/she flatulence coming from them.

Try Jeremy's Razors, it is a Daily Wire related company. If the former generation is any example, a guy picks a razor that does well for him and sticks with it. They don't change around basic grooming stuff like women do. I notice and unusually large number of younger men are growing beards. (I don't think it is a political statement other than just plain laziness.)

Folks, forget those cartridge shavers, go back to double edge blades and you will find that shaving is actually enjoyable instead of just being a chore and it is also much cheaper buying double edge blades.

#24 - I don't think the popularity of beards is either politics or laziness. I think its a reaction to the War on Manhood and Masculinity. The beard is a subliminal message of virility, of strength, of raw manliness. It is walking "middle finger" to the woke feminist crowd.

I use Bic razors or Schick, neither company having any political ads that I am aware of. I can buy a dozen for maybe $7 or $10, and these will last me for several years. I never understood the "disposable" part the way many folks apparently do it. I know a friend's two daughters use razors once and toss. Bizarre.
I use a Bic or Schick for around 3 months or more. I wash it under running water, bang it a few times against the sink to knock loose any debris that might retain water against the blades and put it aside to dry. If you clean it and keep it dry to prevent corrosion dulling the edge, they seem to last almost forever for me.
And I was never tempted to purchase a "Harry's" razor. My name brand Bic and Schick's, available at many stores for cheap satisfy all my needs for razors, without any political crap. I used to put Gillette at the top, but they are permanently out of the rotation for their hideous leftist crap.
