The Trump Indictment Criminalizes Political Dissent

Original Article

Posted By: Hazymac, 8/2/2023 7:51:23 PM

The serial indictments and investigations of former President Trump are meant to rig the 2024 presidential election, but the latest indictment is unique in rigging even its aftermath. Previous indictments of the former president had broken all sorts of new legal ground by turning misdemeanors into felonies and deciding that the statute of limitations is just a suggestion, but the Jan 6 indictment by Democrat special counsel Jack Smith criminalizes election challenges. Or at least election challenges against Democrats. And along with that, all political dissent. The Jan 6 indictment contends that Trump’s election challenges were a crime. What does this latest indictment offer that the previous indictments did not?

When I see what Hillary did with her bleaching her emails and even in having those emails on her own server, and then look at the corruption and crimes of Joe Biden, is it any wonder that so many Americans have lost all faith in what our country stands for. It certainly does not stand for Justice for all and it is no longer indivisible as so many people now believe that it is appropriate to cheat, steal ,bribe, and make up phony crimes against the opposition as long as a Democrat can win.

The Republicans have a lot of offices in this country. Why can't they weaponize? We get what we tolerate, and the Republicans tolerate Democrat tyranny, going along, and voting for it.

Daniel Greenfield's article is a Must Read. We have now passed over into the territory of a Communist country where speech is watched by Big Brother ala 1984. No longer is conservative dissent tolerated by the Left. We are to be wiped out, jailed, disappeared from society...sorta like when Covid made employees take the "shot" or lose their job or were identified as Covid deniers and as such, would have been shunned by family and friends or worse, fired from work and had loss of income. This is Soviet Style Tyranny! Will we have secret meetings with fellow conservatives to express our political beliefs? This is what Christians have had to endure in Communist countries. Little did I think, or know, that we would have to suffer this persecution with Obama's/Biden's DOJ/FBI! God help us!

Many people believe that all these indictments will be dropped if Trump drops out of the race. I don't think so. They want him in jail, even if they have to fabricate charges.

On his deathbed, my friend’s grandfather (I’ll call him Matis) revealed how, as a Lithuanian, he was forced to enroll in a pro-Nazi para-military group shortly after the Nazi occupation of his small town near Vilnius. He referred to this group as the “Lithuanian Rifles.” As a Nazi officer pointed out, his other options were to become a Social Democrat or a communist, and the Nazis didn’t care for these people. Social Democrats were sent to camps, and communists were shot. FACT-O-RAMA! Vilnius was part of Poland until Stalin took over and made it part of Lithuania once again. Leah Remini announced she has filed a lawsuit against the Church of Scientology and its leader David Miscavige for harassment, stalking, defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress in addition to other unlawful conduct. The "King of Queens" star became a Scientologist at 9 years old but left the church in 2013 and has since become an outspoken critic. The Biden regime has an ever-lengthening record of opposition to the freedom of speech: the abortive Disinformation Governance Board, the Twitter Files revelations that regime apparatchiks pressured Twitter to remove dissenting tweets, the weaponization of the “Justice” Department against the regime’s principal opponent, and on and on. It thus comes as no surprise that the regime pressured Facebook, as well as Twitter, to remove posts that dissented from its line on COVID-19. What’s striking is that the regime even hassled Zuckerberg’s wonks to take down jokes making fun of the regime’s line on the COVID vaccines. As Thomas More put it long ago, “The devil, the proud spirit,

Federal law enforcement agents executed a search warrant and served a federal grand jury subpoena to WWE Executive Chairman Vince McMahon last month, according to a regulatory filing. McMahon is also taking medical leave from the sports entertainment company following recent spinal surgery. WWE said in the filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that while government investigations into McMahon remain ongoing, no charges have been brought in them. The company said it has received voluntary and compulsory legal demands for documents, including from federal law enforcement and regulatory agencies, concerning the investigation and related subject matters. “WWE has cooperated throughout and fully understands and respects

Many white conservative writers would prefer to avoid writing about the topic of race relations. I’m one of them. One reason is that many white conservatives have or have had black friends, and there is often that underlying feeling that a discussion about race could put those friendships on uneasy ground. And of course, any time a conservative puts pen to paper or takes to a keyboard to tackle the issue, they are automatically accused of being racist. Then again, a conservative could write about a recipe for a tuna casserole and be accused of being racist. So I guess that point is moot.

The foundation of a free society is, of course, self-government, and the foundation of self-government is when the citizens of that society, via the electoral process, choose who governs them. Therefore, it is essential not only for elections to be fair and competitive but, more importantly, that there is a perception that they are fair. In the United States, this is no longer the case, but the Supreme Court has cleared the path for eradicating the worst fraud and changing the perception. Both elected officials and unelected bureaucrats often refuse to maintain voter rolls properly while suggesting that non-citizens be permitted to vote. Move over, COVID-19, and say hello to leprosy. Yes, that leprosy, the biblical plague from the Old and New Testaments. That’s according to the CDC, which says that there is “rising evidence that leprosy has become endemic in the southeastern United States.” Leprosy, also called Hanson’s Disease, is an infection caused by slow-growing bacteria called Mycobacterium leprae, according to the CDC. “It can affect the nerves, skin, eyes, and lining of the nose (nasal mucosa).” Up to 2 million people worldwide are permanently disabled from the disease, which can be transmitted by “prolonged, close contact with someone with untreated leprosy over many months.” It is thought to be spread via respiratory droplets—

A murder in Brooklyn Saturday puts the spotlight on what America has become, and what it is likely to be like in the future. It also once again shows the weakness of the Left’s “intersectionality” coalition of various groups that claim victimhood, the most coveted status in today’s insane society. The victim, O’Shae Sibley, 28, was a professional dancer. Back in 2020, he joined a dance troop called Vogue 4 #BlackLivesMatter, which created a dance video spotlighting “black queer and trans people who use voguing as a form of protest.” In the video, Sibley and his fellow dancers “dance and dip literally in the face of the police.”

It was a rough month for FOX News. For anyone who’s been paying any attention to what a post-Tucker Carlson landscape would look like at Fox News, two things are pretty apparent: That landscape is pretty barren. The suddenly-beleaguered news network has lost so many viewers, its stock was downgraded. Fox News is trying anything — or perhaps flailing about — in response to hemorrhaging viewers, including some shakeups to its primetime lineup. Following all of the recent turmoil FOX News has lost the trust of American conservatives. Only one-third of self-described conservatives trust FOX News the most. They may never gain back those former viewers. And it doesn’t appear to be a priority.

Of all the outrages in Biden special counsel Jack Smith’s latest indictment of Donald Trump — and there are many — the worst comes at the end of the 45-page screed’s Count One, the section titled “The Defendant’s Exploitation of the Violence and Chaos at the Capitol.” This is where Smith waves the bloody shirt. Smith intends to try Trump for the Capitol riot even though he hasn’t charged Trump for the Capitol riot. No rioting charge. No allegation of criminal incitement. No seditious conspiracy, no insurrection, no crime of violence of any kind. To levy such an allegation would have been untenable. Smith’s indictment hides the ball, as did the like-minded.
