I don't get all thrilled by this. A city run entirely by Muzzies. It reminds me of the old saying: 'first they came for the gays....'

Seems to me an all-muzzle city council is a bigger problem than that flag. Glad I don’t live in Hamtramck, MI, but I nevertheless have local tyrants in my town.

I find myself in a bit of a conundrum on this issue because I agree with the muslims on that city council. Those flags do not need to be flown on public property, and we need to stand strong against what is being shoved into our faces and our children's faces on a daily basis by activists and their evil.

Muslims and Christians, although enemies on many issues, are both 'People of the Book' and have a common enemy in Satan. The difference that I see is that the Muslims will stand up for their religion, and today's 'Professional Christians' are either corrupted or spineless, and don't even try to resist as Satan's minions to run wild.

The House voted Thursday to terminate the Defense Department's policy of allowing servicemembers to travel across state lines to get an abortion and reimbursing them for their travel costs. Lawmakers voted 221-213 in favor of an amendment to the annual defense policy bill from Rep. Ronny Jackson, R-Texas, that would force the Pentagon to end this policy. The Defense Department put the policy in place shortly after the Supreme Court struck down Roe v. Wade. The House vote is a victory for conservatives who hinted that including the language in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) was critical to their support for the entire bill.

The California state legislature is considering a bill that would allow judges to use sentencing in criminal cases to “rectify racial bias” in the criminal justice system as a whole. The bill, AB 852, passed the State Assembly in May and is currently going through the committee process in the State Senate. It notes that existing law already allows defendants to challenge their sentences as racially biased, but it would add that judges can consider race in sentencing. The bill was introduced in February by State Rep. Reggie Jones-Sawyer (D-South Los Angeles) and is intended as part of the “reparations” package recently proposed by a state panel to the legislature.

Recently, Arizona Republican Eli Crane was rebuked for referring to “people of color” as “colored people.” That’s a controversy which would, at any other time in the history of the English language, be incomprehensible to a sensible reader. After all, there’s no practical difference in the phrases. In fact, the choice to give preference to the phrase “people of color” is worse than practically useless to an English speaker -- it’s needlessly more burdensome to both the talker and the listener. Consider this formula with any other trait. Would you refer to yourself as a “person of dark hair,” or a “dark-haired person?”
