The details of Ray Epps' civil complaint against Fox News reveals that he is being criminally charged by the DOJ, almost three years after the fact. "Finally, in May 2023, the Department of Justice notified Epps that it would seek to charge him criminally for events on January 6, 2021—two-and-a-half years later. The relentless attacks by Fox and Mr. Carlson and the resulting political pressure likely resulted in the criminal charges" the complaint reads. The complaint continues, blaming Fox News for the criminal charges:

So... Charging him is a publicity stunt? He didn't do anything? Video shows him doing a lot more than most others charged and held! H walked free while dozens suffered in the DC gulag. BTW, will he be housed with the others, treated like the others...? Will he be held without bail, like the others?... I am positively breathless, waiting to see how J6 Rioter Epps is treated in the DC Gulag...

So is Hunter Biden. Both are being charged with the criminal equivalent of overdue library books.

Deflection...a lot of true patriots were less incitive than Ray Epps, and they are still in the Washington D.C. gulag...never heard him speak up once for the patriots or President Trump. He is going to Fox for money because he knows they will cow tow and pay. He has to come up with the money for a defense attorney somehow...and Paul Ryan and the Murdochs just can't give it to him with some pretense of a fight. Just my opinion...

How clever - now all questions about Epps will be off limits because he is “under investigation”. See how things work in Washington, folks?

Your Spidey sense is more advanced that mine. I figured they say, ''Ray baby, this might hurt for a bit while you are the ''shiny thing'' and as soon as the media buzz died down, we'll quietly dismiss all charges. Don't take it personal.

Protective investigation, shuts down all questions about him to FBI. Then they'll have him plead guilty, ive him a $50 fine for trespass and magically he is permanently protected from any future ACTUAL prosecution. Like Hunter....protective "prosecution", with no real punishment. Forever protected from future actual prosecution.

The House voted Thursday to terminate the Defense Department's policy of allowing servicemembers to travel across state lines to get an abortion and reimbursing them for their travel costs. Lawmakers voted 221-213 in favor of an amendment to the annual defense policy bill from Rep. Ronny Jackson, R-Texas, that would force the Pentagon to end this policy. The Defense Department put the policy in place shortly after the Supreme Court struck down Roe v. Wade. The House vote is a victory for conservatives who hinted that including the language in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) was critical to their support for the entire bill.

The California state legislature is considering a bill that would allow judges to use sentencing in criminal cases to “rectify racial bias” in the criminal justice system as a whole. The bill, AB 852, passed the State Assembly in May and is currently going through the committee process in the State Senate. It notes that existing law already allows defendants to challenge their sentences as racially biased, but it would add that judges can consider race in sentencing. The bill was introduced in February by State Rep. Reggie Jones-Sawyer (D-South Los Angeles) and is intended as part of the “reparations” package recently proposed by a state panel to the legislature.

The Biden administration announced Friday that it would forgive $39 billion in student loans for 804,000 borrowers, explaining it had pursued certain fixes to existing income-driven-repayment plans. “For far too long, borrowers fell through the cracks of a broken system that failed to keep accurate track of their progress towards forgiveness,” Education Secretary Miguel Cardona said in a written statement. These income-driven plans set a forgiveness threshold of 20 or 25 years. Borrowers must make payments that qualify over this period — payments that can be as low as $0 based on an individual’s income and family situation. “By fixing past administrative failures, we are ensuring everyone gets the forgiveness they deserve,
