Oberlin should be investigated year in-and-out, if for nothing else, to punish them for the way they treated the Gibson Family. Oberlin is nothing but a liberal circle-jerk snake pit.

A question for the university president: was there a federal set-aside mandate that resulted in your college graduating the first black woman with a bachelors degree in 1862? Perhaps, as was the custom in years long since past, she was granted that diploma because she earned it./

You know, if there's ever an opportunity to dump on Oberlin College, I'm all for it. Wish we could do something like that the sun only shines on the Gibsons' Bakery side of the street but it is always cloudy and overcast on the Oberlin side of the street. Remind me to talk to the Guy upstairs about that one when I make it to the Pearly Gates (after, of course, I make it in).

Ambar fails to comprehend that the SC only demolished an archaic temple of discriminatory practices, which were an unfortunate and unforeseen consequence of equal opportunity malpractices.

Yank their university certification. How would that be different than the radical Left yanking the bar certification of any lawyer who has worked for Trump or challenged the Stolen Election of 2020?

"fully understand the implications".....It's actually quite simple....NO MORE special treatments of racial minorities and women. Treat ALL applicant by the exact same standards. I know that will be painful for dyed-in-the-wool, committed racist haters, but it is THE LAW.

By ignoring merit and basing acceptance on 'diversity' standards, universities are setting their students up for failure and a boatload of student load debt to take with them.

The Secret Service is closing the investigation into the White House cocaine discovery because of a 'lack of evidence' in a stunning move just 11 days after the drugs were abandoned in a West Wing locker. Pornography used to make its way to the Supreme Court regularly. In a 1964 case, Justice Potter Stewart had one of the most colorful lines ever in a Supreme Court opinion, despite or perhaps because his line was not particularly scholarly. It was a case where the Court struggled to define “hard-core” pornography that was not protected by the First Amendment versus soft core stuff that was.
