Alito and Thomas: Government resorting
“to racial or ethnic classifications

You may recall that I was the named plaintiff in a lawsuit filed in January 2022 in the Northern District of New York against the NY State Health Commissioner over state health guidelines that prioritized non-whites for receipt of oral Covid therapeutics, which at the time were in short supply:(Snip)As medicine falls deeper under the sway of Critical Race Theory, this portends a bleak future.(Snip)We decided not to seek Supreme Court review, because it was viewed as nearly impossible to convince SCOTUS to take a case where the Covid health crisis had passed and the medications no longer were in short supply.

Comments:

In retrospect, Professor Jacobson is haunted by his decision for not pursuing Supreme Court review; however, based on the statements of Justices Alito and Thomas respecting the denial of certiorari that if the government would again turn to racial or ethnic classifications to ration medical treatment the Court would consider that to be a very strong case for prompt review by the Court, Professor Jacobson and his team would “challenge racist medical guidelines through the Equal Protection Project.”

I am ashamed of what has happened to my own profession of medicine. I walked away from the American Medical Association long ago over its support of abortion - I had no idea at the time that the AMA and other organizations could further pervert the field. The last few years have exposed the depths of this evil with support of racist policies as this author notes. But even more despicable, I and others have decried doctors supposedly trained to examine science themselves allowing politicians and non-physician administrators to dictate how to practice medicine. This abandonment of personal responsibility allowed untested and toxic vaccines to be forced upon the population. It also permitted cheap and readily available medications such as ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine to be denied life-saving use while pushing horribly more poisonous drugs upon our sickest. A friend more recently retired called what has happened as the practice of 'top down' medical care. I have termed it 'physicians whoring themselves for a paycheck'. In this article the author regrets not having pursued Supreme Court review of patently obvious racist administrative policies. Were it not true that the profession of law had also become perverted, we wouldn't have had to expect inordinate delays through multiple layers of leftist judicial review to secure the rights enumerated by the Constitution by an over-taxed Supreme Court.

Washington DC is run by big Pharma...and anything they can do to increase their bottom line...they do...I've been experiencing some feed back myself...as procedures that have been covered for years is now questioned...when I call...I'm told the coding has changed...and doctors are encouraged to recommend meds that aren't efficient...but Pfizer and the other companies want them prescribed...I judge each episode with caution considering what they did during the covid mess...

Just got diagnosed with Mao’s revenge. I had the original two moderna jabs some three years ago. Wouldn’t take a booster. My doc, still following the party narrative, says I it keeps people from dying. The jab itself has now killed thousands. I like the guy and this is also the only thing we butt heads about. Most GPs don’t want to buck the system. Easier for them to just go along to get along.

Republican Rep. Lauren Boebert said after the Secret Service briefing Thursday on cocaine found July 2 at the White House that drugs have been found two other times since last year in the building. (Snip) Boebert said the drug found twice before in roughly the past year was marijuana and that she thinks the Secret Service closed the investigation without a suspect "because everything in this administration is about covering up for the Biden crime family." "This is the third time that drugs have been found on the White House property since 2022, and we did not even hear about the marijuana," she also said.

The Secret Service is closing the investigation into the White House cocaine discovery because of a 'lack of evidence' in a stunning move just 11 days after the drugs were abandoned in a West Wing locker.
