The dethroned king of beers has fallen on hard times. Its short-lived dalliance with fake woman Dylan Mulvaney and implicit endorsement of the Left’s efforts to force us all to accept the trans madness has not only cost Bud Light its position as America’s top-selling beer, but the Drag Queen of beers isn’t even in the top ten anymore. Bud Light is now the 14th-best-selling beer in the United States, and fairly soon, Anheuser-Busch executives will look back fondly at the days when it was as high as 14th place. The financial news site Benzinga reported Monday that “a recent YouGov survey reveals the decline in Bud Light’s ranking,

FTA: "Anheuser-Busch can’t apologize because that will cause it further trouble with the woke hall monitors who grade corporations on how welcoming they are to the homosexual agenda and the trans madness." This would be an impasse. What former AB drinkers want is an abject, hat-in-hand apology, or appy-polly-loggy, if you prefer Nadsat. The hall monitors are very angry at AB's former customers.

It’s not a boycott. Americans don’t want an apology. AB said in effect “This is who Bud Light is for.” And gave you an example (look I’m on the label!). Bud Light drinkers said to themselves ‘THAT‘s not me. And found another dishwater beer to drink. That’s not a boycott. Marlboro cigarettes were first marketed to women. Then it became the cowboy-masculine brand. (If you travel to China, take Marlboros with you even if you don't smoke. They are great for barter.) AB can’t un ring the bell. They, not unlike Marlboro wanted to change who their customer was. Not enough mentally ill people to fill the market. Meanwhile mourn the passing of Anchor Steam beer. Killed by acquisition by a company that bought it and let it die.

The author says Bud wont get their customers back till they apologize. Its way too late for that. The time for that was when the CEO found out what was going on behind his back. Now an apology would be forced and phony. When I drink beer its usually at parties or picnics. I haven't seen an AB product at one since all this started, and I wouldn't touch one if I did. I dont want anyone, women or men, to think I'm turning gay. I wouldn't wear a rainbow shirt or a mini dress either, for the same reason.

Anheuser-Busch July 4th weekend sales had to be dismal. And AB ads showing Clydesdales running through fresh snow won’t salvage their Christmas season. Anheuser-Busch is up against the prospect of a permanent, substantial loss of market share.

Even with an apology I think AB would need something stronger. Possibly denounce the trans movement, call it what it is and send incredible support to mental health institutions.

I watched part of the All-Star game this week in Seattle. One of the commercials featured Ken Griffey Jr. and his dad Ken Griffey Sr.. Showed them sitting, watching a game and Jr. handed his dad a can of beer. Sadly it was a Bud Lite. You have to wonder just how many millions the company paid for two all star players to promote their product.

It is hard not to conclude when listening to leftists discuss “gender” that a mass insanity has befallen our nation. From one loon who speculates that we all “know in the womb” what our “authentic” gender is, we skipped merrily to the notion that all those X and Y chromosomes count for spit and biological sex itself is just a social construct. And just like that, the January 6 insurrection is no more. And the deconstruction story is really something. At the center of this narrative switcheroo is non-other than Ray Epps. Before we get to that, let’s remember how we got here. It took only moments for the Democrat media complex to anoint the January 6 breach and riot at the U.S. Capitol Building an “insurrection.” As if beckoned by an unseen force, narrative builders dutifully lined up to receive the official wafer on their tongues, and voilà! “Trump supporters” who had never committed an act of violence at years of peaceful and crowded rallies were eligible for a 20-year prison stretch.

The Biden administration announced Friday that it would forgive $39 billion in student loans for 804,000 borrowers, explaining it had pursued certain fixes to existing income-driven-repayment plans. “For far too long, borrowers fell through the cracks of a broken system that failed to keep accurate track of their progress towards forgiveness,” Education Secretary Miguel Cardona said in a written statement. These income-driven plans set a forgiveness threshold of 20 or 25 years. Borrowers must make payments that qualify over this period — payments that can be as low as $0 based on an individual’s income and family situation. “By fixing past administrative failures, we are ensuring everyone gets the forgiveness they deserve,

But a more revealing analogy for DeSantis is to the most disappointing candidacy in the 2020 Democratic field: that of Sen. Elizabeth Warren.
