Two things could be different this time. One, attempting the same fraud, this time requiring larger numbers, the victims already alerted could be a challenge. Two, the three Trump appointed justices who sided with CJ Roberts last time now have the entire picture in front of them. A suit brought by an even larger number of attorneys general will not meet the same fate. As the article correctly points out 5% is the critical margin. Hopefully Joe Dementia’s continuing train wreck will provide that.

Anyone Who thinks the dems won’t outmaneuver the republicans again I have a bridge to sell them. The problem is the republicans are basically honest and the dems basically dishonest meaning dems are always thinking of ways to control the outcome of future elections while republicans complain about previous elections.

You have Joe Biden on tape bragging about how he got the prosecutor fired for investigating Burisma or otherwise, no $1 billion in "aid" to Ukraine. No investigation there but Trump is the big mouth - riiight.... Of all those useless political entities out there, the US Senate is the worst with the likes of Lisa Murkowski tut tutting about the seriousness of the charges against Trump, but like her fellow mouth breathers, not a word about the Joe Biden, Hillary, etc. Unless we get someone like Harmeet Dillon as RNC Chair, after Trump, it's back to the same old garbage.

Do Republicans in these states, the RNC, or the Trump organiztion not know how to find the federal courthouse? Federal law enacted in 1993, signed by Bill Clinton, requires the cleaning of the voter rolls. More than 20 years ago we filed a lawsuit in federal court against our Secretary of State because she refused to follow the law. We won. She lost the next election. Last Democrat to hold that office.

I wholeheartedly agree about a Trump/Lake ticket. That has been my hope since she arrived on the political scene. They both have the “It Factor” & the smarts. They each have all of the strong Patriotic leadership qualities necessary to lead WTP in restoring our Constitutional Republic & its Rule of Law. They need WTP as much as we need them. The enemies of these two patriots have made their love & loyalty to our country unquestionable, by their unrelenting, & increasingly obvious to everyone, efforts to destroy them. Yet, they endure every underhanded attack thrown at them by the formidable powers that be, and fight back with a powerful determination & strength of character that proves the fight isn’t about them. They are in it to win it for America. That’s the kind of leadership and proven loyalty to our Republic that is needed to defeat this evil. May God bless, protect, help & have mercy on US. They even look like leaders.

If they can't verify the voter rolls are accurate and up to date, then they should not be able to certify an election. Especially where they've ignored the law, and not removed those that need removing.

Seems to me that the time for challenging voter rolls is NOW, before the Dems have been able to manufacture ballots and ballot "recipients." Of course, I'm sure the courts will quickly rule that the defendants don't have "standing" or something like that, but it's going to take smart lawyering with well-chosen clients that can show their vote is affected by the vote of non-qualified ballots . The other thing that needs to be challenged is this farce of "ranked choice" voting. I contend that it violates the principle of one-man, one-vote. For example, if I vote for the leading candidate and you vote for the guy who finished 3rd or 4th, your "first vote" is invalidated and your "second vote" for one of the two top candidates is counted. But I, as the voter for the first place finisher don't get a second bite of the apple. Only your "second vote" counts. I should have the opportunity to cast a second vote as well -- and if I want to cast it for the same person, so be it. I shouldn't have to "rank" somebody I do not want to represent me just because I've cast my "first vote" for the candidate I support. In fact, that's what my local school board does. For example, if there are four openings, I have four votes. I can vote for four candidates one time, or one candidate four times, or whatever mix of candidates and votes that I desire. That's probably the only "ranked choice" voting scheme I'd sign on to.

Here's how the Dems won in 2020. 1) Saturate voters with mail-in ballots. 2) Canvas urban areas with paid "harvesters" to get as many ballots as possible returned if a Biden vote, trashed if a Trump vote..

The analysis here is correct (phantom voters and fake addresses on the voter rolls in swing states), but the solution proposed (add Kari Lake to the Trump ticket) won't be enough to win. Unless the Republicans file lawsuits and aggressively clean up those permanently stuffed fake voter rolls, it wouldn't matter if he ran Jesus Christ as his VP on the ticket.

Mike Pence was responsible for the proliferation of 2020 vote fraud. If he had simply delayed the certification and made them sweat, they would not be as apt to continue it through 2022 and 2024. Too bad he doesn't have a chance of hell in getting any future nomination and giving Karma a chance to steal an election from him.

The SCOTUS just ruled 6-3 for Republicans in Alabama to redraw their Congressional districts to create more minority districts. That will affect other states that are Republican controlled, and bring about more Democrats. The House is in jeopardy 2024. Republicans are losing the battle in the courts, where the election rules for 2024 are being established. This article admits nothing has been changed in the swing states, and it will take a landslide for Republicans to win under present rules, because the Democrats have hundreds of thousands of illegal ballots and addresses that they can flood into the vote counts.

the illegals coming across our border are given a SS using only 4 numbers. They are to use these numbers when they vote. I'm hoping the author is correct about the 5% level needed to overcome the election fraud. I'm inclined to think that it might need to be higher. How much I don't know. I think, as others have pointed out, that we need to start cleaning up the fraudulent voter rolls now. It may take that long to get to all of them. I could get excited about a Trump/Lake ticket.
