The White House appears to be blowing off its own internal watchdog by continuing to use the term "MAGA" in official communications despite warnings that staffers who do so are violating the Hatch Act, according to an Axios report.
"MAGA Republicans" has become a staple boogeyman of the Biden administration as they continue to navigate a porous southern border, an uncertain economic outlook, and topless transgender activists on the White House lawn.
However, the White House's use of the term appears to go against federal election rules. The Office of Special Counsel (OSC) warned the Biden administration that using the term "MAGA" in an official capacity violates the Hatch Act.

Like Leona Helmsley said about tax law, "they're for the little people."
Sleepy Creep Crooked President Uncle Joe and his hench-persons-with-preferred-pronouns can't be bothered with following the laws that they will strictly or illegally enforce against those that are their political enemies.

Who's going to arrest them, or charge them?
The DOJ who works for the Executive Branch (i.e. Biden administration)?

We all know only Democrats can use their offices for political purposes because as VP Al Gore said when he was caught red handed there is “no controlling legal authority.”

Hey Joe ... and Dems in general. I'm NOT a MAGA Republican. I'm a MAGA independent.
I suspect there are MAGA Democrats out there too. Make America Great Again is NOT terrorism.

Obama and Biden have never cared about the law and rules. At least Clinton knew where the line in the sand was and he tried not to cross it when he could avoid it.

It’s quite obvious that the Dems don’t want to Make American Great Again.

When you have Donald Trump living in your head 24 hours a day, the first word that comes to mind is MAGA. They use it to insult us, we will use it as our battle cry when the time comes.

MAGA Republicans simply want to make America Great Again. We must not let the leftists in the media, or anyone else for that matter, redefine the acronym MAGA as a derogatory term. What MAGA means should be spelled out in interviews, op-eds, news articles etc., so as the meaning is clear and positive. The Press Secretary should be asked, “What does MAGA stand for?” Articles should use the phrase, “Make America Great Again (MAGA) Republicans…” instead of just MAGA Republicans.

I have no problem being called MAGA...it's a badge of honor....no amount of trying to discourage WE conservatives will succeed....WE will make America Great Again...so give US your best shot....I'm sure the angry black woman Whoopi will wring her hands and call US racists...but the words from her mouth tells me she's scared...and Joy pathetic sounds crazier with each pronouncement from her tower of delusion on the View....

#4, this agency, as with all the others in the Deep Muck of DC, are toothless when pursuing the Dem/Left, and sharp-fanged when going after Rep/conservatives. This is of course why they are so dangerous, why our Republic is tottering, and why those on the R side whose thoughtless, lazy, stupid, unthinking time in government are so very dangerous... they should be looking out for our (all Citizens') Constitutional rights and protections, instead their knees buckle, they go all fainty, they sputter and stutter, and watch while the Ship of State sails toward the rocks.

As a conservative who avoids acronyms, after a career of being inundated with them, I am not part of the populist-derived MAGA movement but since I was 17, I have fully embraced the notion of making America Great Again, and that was back during the long periods when Trump was a democrat, or at a minimum, identified with and supported democrats. I acknowledge enough common interests with MAGA to be an ally but during the decades when Trump was focused on accumulating wealth as a New York Real Estate mogul, I was serving my country, my state, and my community in the military, federal law enforcement agencies, and various public safety (police/fire/EMS) outfits. Instead of a politician or titan of industry, my role model was my father, whose military service spanned WWII, Korea, and Vietnam, with a healthy does of Cold War activities thrown in. Born a Cherokee in rural East Texas poverty, and raised during the Great Depression, his military service and post WWII college education, followed by another 30 years of military service, lifted his family to mid-Middle Class status.
