Former President Donald Trump handed himself over to authorities Tuesday at a Miami courthouse, pleading not guilty to 37 felony counts, but the indictment and even a potential conviction won’t disqualify Trump from running for another term in the White House. The 37 charges against Trump stem from his handling of sensitive documents. The former president stands accused of retaining national defense information, attempting to obstruct justice, and lying to investigators. The criminal trial, however, will not stop Trump from campaigning for the 2024 White House bid, and even if he is convicted, the Constitution doesn’t prohibit Trump from running for the presidency.

Any discussion of Joe Biden’s 2024 election strategy would be incomplete without examining the context of Biden’s threat to stop Donald Trump from “taking power” after the 2024 election. Just what did he mean by that? Recall that on November 9, 2022, shortly after the Democrats’ surprising showing in the midterm elections, Biden was speaking at a press conference in the state dining room at the White House. There he made the infamous pledge to stop Trump in response to a sympathetic journalist asking about the concerns of foreign leaders over a second Trump term. (Video)

The anonymous source told RedState, “The US intelligence community has a high degree of confidence in their assessment of Zlochevsky as SVR.

Jill Biden professed her bemusement Monday night at loyal Donald Trump supporters still backing the former president in the wake of his federal indictment. AP reports she told an audience of Democratic donors at the Upper East Side home of Barry Ginsburg and his wife Merle in Manhattan the 2024 election presents a stark choice between what she described as the “strong, steady leadership” of President Joe Biden and the “chaos and corruption, hatred and division” of “MAGA Republicans.”The first lady then professed her bemusement at reading a headline before her flight landed that described a majority of Republicans in a poll saying they were still planning to vote for Trump,

Former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard slammed the recent indictment of former President Donald Trump, claiming the move is “not something that should happen” in the U.S., while warning it may be the “final nail in the coffin of our democracy.” Speaking this weekend at the 14th annual Western Conservative Summit in Denver, Colorado — one of the largest annual gatherings of conservatives outside Washington, DC — former congresswoman and presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard began by noting her love for the United States, her military service, and her later role in congress. “I love our country, and I’ve proudly sworn in oath twice: first, as a soldier enlisting

President Biden his political team aided and abetted by MSM hacks are trying to drive a wedge between Republican voters. (Snip) Sadly center-left voters often keep quiet. After all, calling oneself a MAGA Democrat would prove to be a horrific public mistake and make the old Monty Python skit “no one expects the Spanish Inquisition” turn into a very real public inquisition and not punch line. It is so evident that writers, reporters and talking heads who are not 1000% in harmony with progressive party line narrative news doctrine are often viciously attacked. However, the underlying unspoken and so far, hidden truth

They say that fiction writers have it tough these days because no matter how imaginative they try to be, tomorrow’s headlines will top whatever they come up with today. We politely disagree. There are some headlines that we are 100% certain will never appear in print or online in any “mainstream” publication. Here’s a sampling. Feel free to use the comment section below to suggest others we missed. We’ll post the ones we agree will never see the light of day.

As we all now know, former President Donald Trump has been indicted on 37 counts of willful retention of national defense information, conspiracy to obstruct justice and false statements after a special counsel investigation. However, was the president set up by the federal government? That is a possible defense that floated into a letter to the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence in April by Trump’s attorneys, in which they allege the National Archives and Records Administration “has become overtly political and declined to provide archival assistance to President Trump’s transition team” — the first such incidence of this to happen in 40 years.

Former President Donald Trump has been indicted for illegally storing and hiding classified documents. As conservative radio host Steve Gruber describes it, the “bananafication” of our republic continues apace. There are three reasons every American — even those of us not supporting Trump’s 2024 campaign — should find this further assault on the former president repugnant. First, it reinforces the view, shared by many conservatives, that our government delivers a two-tiered system of justice — one for people on the right and another for those on the left.

The number of churches that have been given the green light by their annual conferences to disaffiliate increased from approximately 4,600 early last week to 5,321 as of Friday, according to UM News. The number of churches leaving the UMC has surged in recent years, with approximately 2,000 congregations being approved to disaffiliate in 2022 and more than 3,000 this year.

America’s All Volunteer Force turns 50 this year. Since 1973, the U.S. military has, with rare exceptions, met its annual recruitment goals and improved the quality of the force. Now, however, it is mired in its worst recruiting stretch in history. Last year, the Army missed its recruiting goal by 25% and already predicts it will miss again in 2023. Ditto the Air Force and Navy. Officials cite numerous reasons for the shortfall: low unemployment, a smaller pool of young people qualified to serve, declining public confidence in the military and more. Whatever the reasons, these recruiting failures portend trouble for military readiness.

With all the chaos that has permeated the cultural arena over the last decade or so, it’s easy for conservatives to get discouraged. Things have truly gone off the rails, with a level of depravity that was once thought to be unthinkable becoming mainstream. At the forefront of that has been the battle over transgender ideology. Children are being pumped full of puberty blockers, and in some cases, being physically mutilated by surgeries, all under the ridiculous guise of “transitioning.” Nothing is sacred for the far-left, not even the health and well-being of children. Yet, amidst all the darkness, there is hope peaking through.
