Devin Nunes was previously the Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee. (snip) Nunes was a member of the Gang of Eight who are briefed on all intelligence issues at the same level as the President, the chief executive. (snip)
As the HPSCI chairman, Nunes has a very granular understanding of intelligence language and the way the intelligence apparatus uses words within national security documents. When Nunes talks about national security documents, he is a subject matter expert on the administration side of the process. (snip) Nunes knows how to contrast the wording in the Jack Smith indictment against wording used to describe national security documents.

Re #1, wr know he’s a fool, Nunes knows, but the American people need ro know. Sundance knows the MSM won’t do that, but he can and we can help by spreading the word.
Here is some more:
What almost everyone in professional narrative engineering/punditry is missing, many of them because they are paid to pretend not to know, is that the national archivists gave sworn testimony to Congress about the Trump documents on May 17, 2023 {citation}. What I am going to outline below will explain the fraud that Jack Smith and his Lawfare crew are purposefully generating.
Some baselines are needed for you to understand what is happening.
First, the National Archives and the DOJ did not demand a return of Classified Documents. They requested a return of documents containing classification markings. These are two entirely different things.
How many know that? And there’s more...

Read the 10 page letter to Turner…basically the letter suggests the wrong people are investigating Trump ..the JD is not capable & obviously toooo bias…they never stated the contents of the search warrant for Trumps home or stated the items recovered? Lisa is running the JD! In other words it’s a rerun of Mueller’s 54 million $$$ mess that exposed corruption at the JD….the agency Barr promised to clean out! Millions of taxpayer $$$ have been wasted to destroy Trump,….and they’re still spending!! What an embarrassing mess….I wonder how many people this letter was addressed to bothered to read the letter???

A trap we an fall into is smugly believing we don’t have to read because we alreadykow what is being written. Seriously?
Reminder, keep in mind the DOJ ferocity in not wanting anyone to know what documents they retrieved and/or defined.
I don’t believe I saw anyone posit that here. Why don’t y’all just read ?

When you get to the bottom of the pile, you find no pony; Just Obama or one of his lieutenants. In this case, Monaco. Sundance may be the only one ever to ask why Obie wrote that bit about NK nukes into his welcome letter to PDJT.
There is a lot to digest here...

Same players , same story…Mueller, Russia, Crossfire Hurricane, 2 impeachments…. the JD should be investigated instead of doing the investigations!

Let's hope a Southern Florida judge will be less biased than what's been happening in the DC Courts.
Love the last part of this article:
Additionally, get this part… despite the standard process that has been in place for the prior four administrations, the NARA refused to participate in the collection of any documents from the White House during the transition phase following the November 2020 election.
The NARA refused to assist in the collection of the Trump records for national archive holding and review, and then the NARA triggered a sequence of events that led to the DOJ using a reference from the NARA, to weaponize a process they refused to engage in. The NARA refused to do their specialized bureaucratic job, and then the NARA used what they defined as an incomplete job as a reason to refer the outcome to the DOJ. The details are quite interesting.
The letter details how the DOJ-NSD then weaponized the process, fought with the FBI investigative and supervisory agents who were saying Trump was doing nothing wrong, and then culminating in a documented lie to the Florida magistrate, in order to get a politically motivated search warrant.
The DOJ will not release the documents they used to convince the judge to obtain the warrant. Additionally, the DOJ will not release a list of the documents, or even describe the documents, they later claimed are classified. To this date, the Trump defense team is being told President Trump held classified documents, yet the DOJ will not describe to the lawyers who represent President Trump, what specifically those classified documents are.
Imagine, you can't see why we had to raid Mar-A-Lago, and you can't see what we took (nor can they verify what they are presenting then as what was actually in the boxes they took during the raid).

Sometimes it is depressing to read Sundance’s excellent articles because he exposes the democrats as the lawless liars they are and the reality of what they are doing is overwhelming. Who could do such things? It is hard to believe there are people that evil in this world. How you knowingly lie, plot and scheme to destroy one man without one piece of real evidence. All they have is their ability to obstruct and manipulate language. It is mind blowing that that amount of pure evil actually exists for the sole purpose of retaining their power. How would anyone want to work in that cesspool? It’s no wonder Washington is called a swamp and the so called elite ruling class are so corrupt. That beautiful city is merely a facade for the systemic and entrenched evil that dwells there. Dark forces have taken control. God help us. It’s even worse than I thought.

Remember the federal enforcers were flown in masse from corrupt DC, no one from the local federal or local law enforcement were allowed to participate, there were Trump attorneys on site but all were kept out during the search, and photos "leaked" to the propagandists showed file folders on the floor with FBI on the label. We know how corrupt the federal enforcers and lawfare persecutors are and it is obvious evidence tampering is a part of their modus operandi.

Who believes any claims that The Media makes? No one has to wait for the six o'clock news anymore; we can get it from an alternative news site at three o'clock in the morning.
Watched Ben Bergquam of Real America Voice News interviewing Trump supporters at the arraignment yesterday in Florida and was so impressed by the caliber of those he randomly spoke to. They know what is going on. They're knowledgeable about what is happening to our country, our schools, our institutions. Native-born Cubans, especially, know what a totalitarian government feels like and acts like, and they do not want it for our country.

One has to wonder how many of these classified documents were classified solely to cover up screwups and bad activity of the government all in the name of protecting national security. FISA warrants come to mind.

Now we know the rest of the story of why Judge Cannon in Florida wanted a Special Master to inspect the papers taken from President Trump's home. She knew the DOJ was up to dirty tricks and tried to stop them. But how do you fight a whole Bureau, actually two, the FBI and the DOJ. The Executive Branch of our govt. is rotten from top to bottom and it looks like the Legislative Branch is going along to get along. Could it be that they are afraid of the ones with badges?

While Jack Smith likely is a fool, as previous people have posted, in this case he is more of a TOOL. A cheap, poorly made tool being used by the Deep State corruptocrats to go after one of the few people they can't buy or blackmail: Trump. They don't care if their cheap tool breaks, as long as they can use it to pound on Trump for a while first.

NARA's complaint and evidence used to generate the DOJ/FBI involvement is/was "Personal private letters" that mentioned a US Enemy and nuclear policy...First was/is the Private letter ALL presidents receive from the prior president, left upon the oval office desk...to the best of my knowledge that is NOT something ever published, not in either of their lifetimes.(Though certainly something with a high priority to remain in a president's possession for use in their Presidential Library collection)
ALSO listed by NARA was/is letters from the North Korean Leader, personal...to Trump. CNN isn't mentioning it now, but a year ago they had a story where Bob Woodward had a leak claiming that he had personally seen copies of 25 such "personal" letters", though he claimed there were a total of 27. Added together that may well equal ALL "31 pages" of documents pertaining to National Defense/Nuclear weapons policy. Next question...were/are any of those letters already in the public sphere? Did Trump print them in his "Letters to Trump book? I know Trump DID have framed copies/originals of Obamas letter, and at least one of the Kim jun Un letters, in a display case or hanging on the wall in a private section of Mar a Lago, in his office if I recall.

Didn’t we all learn back in 8th Grade Civics the three branches of government which have EQUAL Power?
Presidential = President
Legislative = Congress [House & Senate]
Judicial = Supreme Court
Doesn’t this apply here?
[Worked for a US Senate subcommittee, even then both parties were corrupt, it is the GS employees’ arrogance that America needs to recognize, as awesome Nunes, Sundance and President Trump have shown.]

Watch. The 11th Circuit had already undercut Judge Aileen Cannon by disallowing a grand master's review of the "classified" documents. When the NSD said the documents are too sensitive for review, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals deferred to the DOJ and folded like a lawn chair. Expect the DOJ to go to great lengths to keep the self-incriminating documents under wraps. Donald Trump will be prosecuted on secret evidence no one is allowed to see.
