Did you go to camp when you were a kid? Camp still exists, but the sorts of adventures being served to children have substantially changed. Consider a summer escape compliments of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Thanks to the college’s social consciousness, middle schoolers will enjoy an outing centered around what kind of sex they’d like to have. Supplementally, the endeavor will support sixth-through-eighth graders’ embrace of a “gender” contrary to their sex.

The Department of Defense (DOD) created a Pride-themed coloring book for military kids amid a cross-military service push to celebrate Pride month. (snip) The activity booklet is geared toward younger audiences, according to DOD’s Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI), which is noted on the final page as having published the book, and was promoted to children by other DOD entities, the Daily Caller News Foundation found.

In response to a viral video of a transgender social media influencer going topless on the South Lawn of the White House during the Pride event on Saturday, a statement condemning the shameless acts was released by the White House on Monday. A spokesperson for the White House has said the Tik Tok influencer that posed after removing their top, Rose Montoya, and others featured in the video will be barred from attending future events. A grand jury has indicted former U.S. Marine Daniel Penny in connection with the chokehold death of Jordan Neely aboard a subway train.

US grocery prices ticked up in May after dipping in March and April. Inflation in America continued to fall significantly, but rising prices at the supermarket is unwelcome news to those struggling to pay for food.
From April to May, adjusted for seasonal swings, grocery prices got 0.1% more expensive, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics’ Consumer Price Index, a key measure of inflation. Menu items got 0.5% in that time.
