DailyMail.com's courtroom account of Trump's
historic yet humbling appearance where

The sweeping glass front of the Wilkie D. Ferguson Jr. U.S. Courthouse in downtown Miami was designed to represent transparency and equality before the law. At 2:56pm on Tuesday, former President Donald Trump sat in courtroom 13-3. He unfolded his arms and stood as U.S. Magistrate Judge Jonathan Goodman called the court to order. His nemesis, Jack Smith, the war crimes prosecutor-turned-Trump hunter, stood a few feet away.'We are here folks,' said Goodman, 'for case number 23-80101, the U.S. versus Donald J. Trump and Waltine Nauta.' Unlike other chapters in Trump's rollercoaster public life, there were no cameras present except for a single videographer beaming proceedings to an overflow room for unlucky journalists

Those feeling relief on here should walk a mile in Donald Trump’s shoes. How he contains himself after what he has been subjected to these past few years indicates he has an enormous amount of restraint. Let the government come after you, your family and friends with the intent of complete destruction and see how you react! This lawless DOJ has been relentless in its pursuit of one man. I am amazed he is still standing and willing to fight when he could have walked away and lived a life most of us could only dream of. Yet, he stands on the battlefield facing a lawless corrupt enemy without conscience or restraint. How many men could remain standing under this kind of pressure?

#9, I agree wholeheartedly. Where I beg to differ with Donald Trump is how he treats fellow campaigners. Spend more time pointing out the negatives with Democrats because, unfortunately, you really cannot work both sides.

WASHINGTON— Moments after Donald Trump pleaded not guilty to federal charges that he hoarded classified documents and then conspired to obstruct an investigation about it, the Republicans in Congress had his back. Speaker Kevin McCarthy dashed off a fundraising email decrying the “witch hunt” against the former president and urging donors to sign up and “stand with Trump.” Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell steered clear of criticizing the former president, refusing to engage in questions about the unprecedented indictment. And at a public meeting in the Capitol basement, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene compared the case against Trump to the federal prosecution of people at the Jan. 6, 2021 insurrection, suggesting in both instances

A recently-declassified report alleges that multiple U.S. intelligence agencies have been actively “flouting the law” by gathering massive collections of “sensitive and intimate” data on American citizens. According to the New York Post, the claims were made in a report to Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Avril Haines, which was only recently declassified and is now being amplified by watchdog groups and privacy advocates. The report details a loophole that has allowed intelligence agencies, including the FBI, DHS, and NSA, to simply buy large troves of cell phone data for tracking purposes without needing a warrant. If the information was paid for, the report notes, then it is technically considered “publicly available.”
