Fatima Mousa Mohammed was chosen by City University of New York's law school to speak at the graduation ceremony on May 12 - but the controversial clip has inflamed people on social media after it was posted online. Alicia Moore, 24, parked her car outside the Dillard’s department store at the Oviedo Mall on May 26 with her two young kids inside who “could not care for themselves” according to a police report obtained by Fox Orlando.
The Orlando native then went inside the store with a man, who has not been identified, and allegedly began stealing from the store, according to police.
Nearly an hour later, she left the store and found her car engulfed in a massive blaze.
