On Tuesday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Jesse Watters Primetime,” Strive Asset Management Co-Founder and former Anheuser-Busch executive Anson Frericks said that asset managers like BlackRock, State Street, and Vanguard impose things like ESG and DEI onto companies because the asset firms are pressured into doing so by government officials. Frericks said, “You take a look at BlackRock, State Street, Vanguard, they manage $20 trillion worth of capital, but it’s not their own money. This is the money that everyday citizens, firefighters, police officers, doctors, who generally have their money either [in] 401ks or, in a lot of cases, large pension funds, large pension funds

The investment firms vote the shares of all their investors. The Republicans could put a stop to that, but do the Republicans ever do anything? No, which is why we are now a communist police state. We do not have anything but illusory elections, and an opposition party that opposes any opposition.

I can't add anything to Poster #2.
The commies have won - - they rule without opposition. Our only desperate hope - - is for President Trump to win again. Otherwise - - we are doomed.

Look to BlackRock as a major cause of this insanity. The head of BlackRock is an extremist leftist lunatic, convinced that "climate change" is going to destroy the planet.
He is a very dangerous nutcase, with the perfect name --- Larry Finke, and he looks like a total wimp.

I've lived long enough to have experienced the very best this country has had to offer and to understand why it is going away. Condolences to all that follow who will never have a clue as to what they too could have had.

Don't forget there is a gay mafia. If I had to guess Mikey is likely involved in this. First time I heard of it, someone was quoting Bill Maher on his program. There is big money behind them.

No one ever talks about what was Free Enterprise in America and how it produced an unexcelled economic system and unmatched prosperity.
Such a pity.

With great respect, our only hope is DIVINE INTERVENTION.
JFK once said that "our problems were created by man and that they could be fixed by man." The problems we are facing will NOT be fixed by electing the right person as President. NoBama and Mr. Trump are mortal as we ALL are and the corruption of our system of government is almost beyond repair as liberal social issues and evil pliticians have been turned against U.S.
Good People stand by bewildered wondering how things could go so badly wrong in such a short time. We are at each other's throats over petty things when we should be finding common ground to save our Republic.
Pray hard because things have never been WORSE in our life times, save nearly being in a nuclear war in October of 1962 or been in a psyop to get our elections stolen and to imprison regular people who got caught up in one on January 6th

#10, as someone once said, problems cannot be solved by the same level of mentation that caused them. Or something similar to that.

As my wise grandmother used to say. "if somebody told you to poke a stick in your eye would you do it?"
With stupid people it's always somebody else's fault.

As I peruse the comments after reading the article, a feeling of doom sets in then total confusion. I cannot understand individuals who go along with the woke agenda that is affecting every area of our lives and they can’t see that this acceptance is anathema to freedom if we do not pushback hard on this ideology. Conservatives do not have a lock on critical thinking skills. It doesn’t take an Einstein to understand the country is barreling down the road to perdition.
As I sit here in flyover country it is clear that our fate is sealed if we do not fiercely reject this poisonous agenda. Cause and effect does not change because someone feels deeply. It takes action and apparently the ones taking action are the radicals from the streets to the highest offices in the land both corporate and political. The sane people are still playing by the rules which good people have a tendency to do. Is our problem that we cannot imagine a world that would result if the radical agenda were accepted by everyone? Or is it that the good people cannot imagine a solution that would be effective? Would it be a price too high to pay? Something is holding back the good people of this country and frankly, I believe it is fear. Radicals have control of pretty much any aspect of our lives that they wish to control. They will maliciously prosecute us. Cancel us. Bankrupt us. Lie about us. Harass us and commit violence against us. They have stolen our votes and installed their leaders and the very worst of the worst of the bureaucratic state have been shown to be lawless and impossibly cruel. Folks this is no way normal.
We have been victims of a coup d’etat and the perpetrators are trying to tie up loose ends to a prevent massive pushback. Their focus is on preventing any leader from rallying the country against them and we all know where their focus lies. President Trump is the guy standing in the breach and we all know it. They want him eliminated any way they can. He has been the guy on the sidelines who will not be silenced and is begging to get back in the game. I am not bestowing on him any magical powers but he is the guy who has fought since 2015 for the soul of this country. Radicals inside the Republican Party don’t want him anywhere near the presidency again because they know he will fight for this country with his dying breath, and they are all in for the status quo because it benefits them.
It appears to me we have one choice and that is to enthusiastically support the guy who will not yield. Radical insanity has gripped the masses but in this country it has never before had a hold on the leaders of government, academia, entertainment, culture and business. What has changed? We have been divided into two groups, one has a clear belief in God’s authority over us and the other has no belief in a higher power other than themselves. This is no ordinary division. It is of the deepest and most basic truth. Do you follow God or man? A simple question with profound consequences. Do we have the courage to reject this godless cabal?

Whether you call it Transnational Progressivism or the New Globalist Fascism, it's all the same. Multinational corporations combined with globalist minded governments and NGO's to impose global controls on everyone. It's not your grandfather's fascism, but it's fascism nonetheless.

I "liked" everyone of these comments. I don't know why those in charge keep wanting us to believe that we're dumb. We're not dumb, and maybe they are the ones who need to wake up to the truth that the disintegration of our institutions affects us all. Everything you can think of has been affected: our political systems, our justice sytems, our schools, our legal systems, our health systems, our military, our faith communities, our universities, our corporations - especially mass media, our streets and our cities. We desperately need God's Intervention because how much worse can it get? An awful lot of people are hoping that He will "hear our prayers and let our cries come unto Thee." Seems we are on hold though. Mayhaps He's waiting for us to clean up our acts. I heard somone say that if you have God on your side, then you are in the majority. I hope He's on our side.

If you have six slices (styles) of investment in your 401k pie, each one is being managed by an Investment Manager. Each one of those funds might invest in hundreds of companies, and the Regulatory requirements are complex and mostly unfathomable. When was the last time your read a prospectus or update you received in the mail? Can you understand any of it even If you tried?
And now these Management Companies are pushing investors to register online so you can receive these reports electronically ... which most will delete without reading

Remember the good old days when "Investment Firms" were driven by the profit motive?
I miss the good old days.
And maybe people who care about a financially secure future should take charge of their own investments instead of farming the job out to some leftist hack that got a finance degree to 'change the world' and is a tool of the politicians and bureaucrats.

My colleagues and I were once told what actually happened in a Manhattan penthouse suite between the big "investment bankers" of the day, and our Corporate Execs. Our Corporation is a name most here would immediately recognize, and this meeting occurred shortly after our stock went "public" on the NYSE, and at the time only traded for a few dollars per share. Today, it's nearly 100X that amount. Within that Suite our execs were asking reps of large investment firms managing the retirement funds, such as CalPERS, etc. in order to discover what they would like to see us do in order to gain their investment. The man telling the story was himself only one or two steps away from being our CEO. Then toward the end of very sobering discussions came the "hammer." Our side asked one of the investment bankers what would happen if we didn't manage to keep our numbers where they expected them to be due to our usual large investment in R&D. Not the least bit intimidated by being in the presence of a powerful CEO responsible for around 60k employees worldwide, the young banker said that they'd sell off their entire portfolio in such a way that they would be completely out before they broke the news to Wall Street that they now have ZERO interest in our stock. In other words, perform to OUR liking, or we hurt your stock price and probably get the CEO fired. Our guy went on to tell us that this was one reason more large companies are taking their companies back to being "private." Keep in mind this story occurred back in the 1980's, so one can only imagine how seriously threatening the environment has become today.
Congress could quickly change this "threat" any number of ways however, establishing minimum "hold time" requirements between purchase and re-sale of stock would eliminate that "stock drop threat," which many investment bankers use against companies who refuse to "toe the line." But, they won't, which is why the market is so corrupt with criminal psychopaths (aka "CEOs and "Bankers") running the place.
