A former White House doctor for presidents Donald Trump and Barack Obama has raised concerns over Joe Biden's health and said it is 'malpractice' to allow him to seek re-election. Texas congressman Ronny Jackson has claimed he is 'not fit mentally or physically' to lead the country and 'it's a bad situation for us'. The now-Republican politician slammed White House officials for allowing Biden, 80, to run for a second term and said those close to him like his wife Jill should be stopping him.

Democratic New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy on Friday announced that his administration has filed a lawsuit against the federal government over its approval of a New York plan to reduce traffic congestion.
Murphy said New Jersey filed the lawsuit against the Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and accused the federal agencies of violating environmental laws. In May, the FHWA authorized a plan from New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) to charge commuters an increased fee to enter Manhattan in an effort to reduce congestion and improve the city's air quality.
David Weiss, the justice official prosecuting Hunter Biden for tax crimes, had his college and law school fees paid in part by bribes from tax cheats, legal documents show.
Weiss' father, Meyer Weiss, worked as an IRS agent in Philadelphia from 1955 to 1984. He was caught accepting over $200,000 in bribes from businessmen seeking to break federal tax laws, and was sentenced four years in prison.
Meyer spent almost $71,020 on David's college and law school tuition, in part financed by the bribe money, a 1995 US tax court ruling said.
Former President Donald Trump is leading Joe Biden by a whopping 18 points among coveted independent voters.
The latest Harvard CAPS-Harris poll found that 45 percent of independents support Trump and 27 percent support Biden in the hypothetical 2024 matchup.
