Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell said that he was not confident Republicans could take back the Senate majority next year - but outlined the GOP's strategy in an interview Monday. Talking by phone to CNN, McConnell said Republicans' top targets are Pennsylvania, Ohio, Montana and West Virginia. Overall, the map is favorable for Republicans, with Democrats needing to defend 23 seats, while Republicans will only be up for reelection in 11.

The judge in the Stormy Daniels hush-money case on Monday barred former President Donald Trump from sharing evidence and other material from the case publicly. Judge Juan Merchan also banned Trump from looking at evidence without his lawyers present. The Manhattan District Attorney's office had sought the order due to the fear that Trump would 'inappropriately' post content from the case on social media or elsewhere.

Devon Archer, the former business partner of Hunter Biden, is being pushed by friends to spill any dirt he has on the first family to avoid jail time. Last year, Archer was sentenced to a year and a day in prison for swindling the financially-strapped Oglala Sioux Indian tribe out of more than $60 million. That business deal was unrelated to the ventures Archer had with the first son. On Sunday, New York Post columnist Miranda Devine wrote that Archer was being pressed to divulge any information that he knows about the Bidens' business practices as he makes a final appeal in a Lower Manhattan courtroom Tuesday.

Kari Lake and her attorneys appeared in a Maricopa County Superior Court status conference earlier today outlining the schedule for the remanded fraudulent signature verification claim. Judge Peter Thompson previously dismissed the lawsuit on Christmas Eve, despite the evidence of massive voter disenfranchisement targeting Republicans and obviously false trial testimony by County Elections officials. As The Gateway Pundit reported, The Arizona Supreme Court ruled in Lake’s favor and remanded the “erroneous[ly]” dismissed signature verification fraud count back to the trial court for further review; however, Maricopa County still refuses to allow her legal team or

Not content with limiting President Joe Biden to a modern-record low of full press conferences, the White House staff on Monday banned The Post’s Steven Nelson from the prez’s only daytime public event — leaving around 20 of the venue’s 50 or so seats empty. Biden stomped out of a February presser on China in same room, griping “give me a break” about journalists’ failure to be “polite” after the Post reporter asked, “Is your ability to deal with China compromised by your family’s business relationships in China?” Last Friday, the prez refused to take press questions while claiming he had a “major press conference” that night; in fact it was

Karen wrote about this polling yesterday so if you missed that maybe go back and take a look. The gist is that a new Washington Post-ABC News poll found only 32% of respondents think Joe Biden is mentally fit enough to run for office again and in a head-to-head matchup with either Trump or DeSantis he was trailing. Today the NY Times published a story suggesting some Democrats are nervous about the numbers in the poll. The data has left many Democrats feeling anywhere from queasy to alarmed. Mr. Biden’s case for being the pair of safe hands at a volatile moment is undermined in their view if a president

Rumors of a coming indictment of Hunter Biden are heating up, but one of his business associates is already facing jail time. Devon Archer founded Rosemont Seneca Partners with Hunter Biden and helped get the president’s son a position on the board of Burisma. The two also worked together to secure payments from Chinese-controlled entities. Archer was convicted of fraud in 2018 for a scheme involving bonds and the Oglala Sioux tribe. Since then, Archer has had his conviction vacated and reinstated, and now he’s staring at one final appeal on Tuesday. That means he’s running out of time, and friends are urging him to start singing before
