It’s fair to say that things have not been going well for Fox News since they “parted ways” with Tucker Carlson.
Carlson was the underpinning of the evening programming, their most popular host. His doing well helped all the other shows in the evening. The anger of many of the viewers at the move is palpable and Fox has been feeling it in the ratings. We’ve reported before how bad it is and that actions have consequences. Megyn Kelly laid out part of the problem. But it’s only getting worse.

If they were smart they would try to bring Carlson back, but the woke corporations are not smart enough to put business interest over woke liberal ideals, e.g., Bed, Bath, and Beyond who dropped "My Pillow" and has now filed for bankruptsy, and Anheuser-Busch who went from the king of beers to the drag queen of beers by partnering with the trans movement.

So very well deserved. I’m disappointed in FOX for so many reasons and gave it up the night they called Arizona early. Went back reluctantly to watch Tucker and now feel like I’ve been cheated on twice. It also did not help that I watched Bret Baier every night then discovered he’s a Trump hater and rhino.
So I’ve switched to Warroom with Steve Bannon and am very happy. Never again FOX news

I wonder if Fox is ok with the declining ratings, and expects to use that excuse to clean out more hosts. It appears like Fox wants to go a different direction, as that is in fact what they are doing.

Strangely enough, I doubt multi-billionaire Rupie Murdock is losing any sleep over his whim to can Tucker and pay off his $20 million contract.

I'm so glad. We stopped watching Fox News after they fired Glenn Beck for exposing George Soros and his Open Society organizations in his black board lectures. I took notes during those shows. I filled seven medium sized spiral notebooks. I'm keeping them for my grandsons so one day they will know the truth how our country was betrayed. Never trust a fox.

what is happening is a direct result of a thing called: loyalty, apparently, the Fox Executives know nothing about
- funny, though, that when corporate know it all's do something like this, it takes the actions of "the people" to teach them a lesson in loyalty and ethics, just like what is happening with Bud Light with the message being: not everyone is signing on to this trans agenda delirium,
message: don't mess with the straights

Tucker did a short stint on Elon's Twitter - a preview of Carlson to come. Fantastic to say the least. Truth has been unleashed. Meanwhile Fox News is incredibly shrinking fast. The Murdochs and Paul Ryan killed the golden goose and dispatched its hatchlings to the dumpster fire of history. IOWs Fox News has been Heinerscheided.

Just my reasoned humble opinion;
When they took on that traitor Paul Ryan my thoughts about what was going on at FOX started.
When I found out that the Murdock's wives were ultra liberals that was another sign.
When Rupert turned over control of FOX to his incompetent sons was the real blow.
Then thinking how these liberal wives would be turning on the liberal BS onto their weak husbands, I just knew the jig would be up soon. And I didn't think this would be so disastrous, but weak men guide by illusionist liberal wives finally did the trick. How does it feel being pussy whipped now???

Bottom Line: 98%+ of America do not watch cable tv news networks, so why are they available in millions of homes? To keep them financially afloat because a cut of your monthly cable bill goes to these stations whether you watch them or not.

It appears none of these companies care about their bottom line. Bed, Bath & Beyond, Budweiser, and Fox News turned their brands into a political statement and they suffered for it. I don’t see much regret on their part either. It is enough for them to go woke to such an extent that they would sacrifice their profit, but more importantly receive kudos from their fellow travelers. It just boggles the mind. These are not run of the mill corporations either, they are a big deal. The collective delusion that has taken hold of this country is totally devoid of the ability to think critically. Instead they embrace strategy that they know will devastate their bottom line. This woke ideology with all its various tentacles only makes sense if you understand that it has become a religion for them, and they are zealots. If they will proudly watch their businesses fail to prostrate themselves before the woke god, what do you think they are capable of when confronted by others who will not worship at their altar? This is when it becomes scary. People in the past who would sacrifice anything to enable their ideology are capable of anything. This is when it becomes dangerous for the rest of us who hold different views. We are facing “religious” zealots who are completely committed.

I am missing the few good, intelligent and moral people on Fox but the ones they kept dragging in to give most of their shows a leftist offset were intolerable and usually prompted a fast channel change, you know who they are. Tucker was the lead-in to the nightly shows and dropping him was an incredibly stupid move. They literally killed the Golden Goose.

I'm with 6. When Fox dumped Glenn Beck, I saw the way things were headed and dropped Direct TV. Now the only thing I miss is TCM. Loved Glenn's info and blackboards, but when he took on and exposed 'Spooky Dude' it was like entering a cage full of hungry lions with flyswatter.

We are taught in the school of business that when you disenfranchise your customers "core audience" it the an average of 15 years for them to return. Foxweiser let the puppetmasters turn them to propaganda which like CNN is a short ride to the bottom of the ratings.

The viewership numbers do not tell the whole story. Fox had been hit with a advertising boycott for several years. How much advertising dollars did Tucker's show bring in?
Fox got themselves into this problem by not fighting back on the boycott.

#16 articulated the thoughts I had planned to type. Like all the other networks, profit is no longer an issue for Fox. They dont care. Its all about ideology and embracing socialism, as well as tearing down what made America great once upon a time.
I have no idea what has made this so widespread all of a sudden. Was it Epstein Island blackmail? An alien ultimatum? Promises of reward once the destruction is over? They all must know what it is, but its not making it down to us common rabble.

Well said everyone. Fox News is suffering what scripture says, you reap what you sow. The other scripture that comes to mind is "Pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall” (KJV). That's the Fox's Murdock family.

It's turning out that maybe it would have been cheaper for Fox to give Dominion their whole originally requested amount
rather than any contract to settle since the settlement is likely to end up bankrupting and closing down the whole of Fox.

After I stopped watching CNN in the late 90's (they didn't get the moniker Clinton News Network for nothing.) I was glad that an alternate news channel in Fox came online in the mid 90s. After which the leftoids with hemorrhoids predictably when nuts about it and tried to destroy the channel. Slowly though the no longer called "fair and balanced" started shooting themselves in the foot. The firing of Glenn Beck, hiring of annoying leftards like Marie Harf, Juan Williams and Geraldo Rivera. The firing of Bill O'Reily and the elevation of Sean Mr. Martial Arts Hannity. The attack on PDJT during the first presidential primary in 2015. The 2 on 1 presidential debate on 2020. The calling of AZ early for the Joetato Head. The beforehand hiring of powerlifter RINO Paul Ryan. Old Man Murdoch giving the keys to Fox to his two idiot sons who have leftist harpy wives. Last but not least the firing of the most popular cable tv news host in years. Will the FNC ever climb back up the ratings cliff? Perhaps, but I won't be there to watch them do it.
