A Biden administration rule is set to take effect that will force good-credit home buyers to pay more for their mortgages to subsidize loans to higher-risk borrowers.

A New York subway rider was allegedly stabbed in the stomach with an ice pick in what police are calling an “unprovoked attack” as they continue the search for the suspect.
The incident happened on April 19 when the victim, a 38-year-old man, and his friend, a 43-year-old man, were waiting on the northbound J train platform at the Crescent Street train station in Cypress Hills at around 4:15 a.m.
Fox 5 reports the suspect approached the two men and stabbed the victim in the stomach with an ice pick before fleeing.
The victim was admitted to hospital and is now recovering.

The 84-year-old white man charged in connection with the shooting of a Black teenager who mistakenly went to his home turned himself in to authorities, officials said Tuesday. Andrew Lester was charged with first-degree assault and armed criminal action, Prosecuting Attorney Zachary Thompson said Monday. Wade, their 1973 decision that purported to find an abortion right in a U.S. Constitution that never mentions or alludes to it. Abortion is now rightly governed by the people’s elected legislators, and, sadly, to some extent by unelected bureaucrats, but, in any event, not by judges.

As an aside, it has not gone unnoticed among my friends and family that (mostly) black walkers and bicycle riders in my neck of Florida walk/ride ride on rural roads with no shoulder and without lights or reflective stuff.
