As a room full of Sweet 16 attendees in Dadeville, Alabama, moved to the sounds of a DJ Saturday night, their party was abruptly ended by an eruption of gunfire that injured dozens and left four partygoers dead, at least two of whom were local high school seniors on the brink of graduation.(snip) Marsiah Collins, 19, was an aspiring musician who looked forward to attending Louisiana State University in the fall, his father Martin Collins (snip) Philstavious Dowdell was a gifted athlete who excelled at football, basketball and track at Dadeville High, the school’s track and basketball coach, Michael Taylor(snip) coached Dowdell since he was 9

Comments:

Time to put some faces and life information on some of the teenaged members of the “black community” who were murdered in Dadeville by shooters/brothers who drove all the way from Tuskegee… Also profiled is a female high school senior called Keke Smith, manager of the HS track team who had recently had to stop running due to a torn ACL. Planned to attend U of Alabama. A bunch of high school achievers, I’d say. One, Phil Dowdell, was shot dead while trying to protect his sister, the birthday girl. Photos for those who’d like to see these good kids...

Take a good look, Mr. & Mrs. Black America..... it's YOUR children being maimed and killed by the culture that YOU tolerate. It's not the guns; it's not racism; it's not white people. It's YOU. It's YOUR fault. To paraphrase Jesse Jackson, nobody is gonna save you from you BUT you.

One or two bad parents can have a devastating impact on a whole community. Once kids reach the age of 16, their personalities are set and there is little hope of changing a bad kid to a good one.

A n 80+ year old confused (and probably senile) white man shoots (but doesn't kill) a young black man, and that is all we are hearing about 24/7 in the news. It's tragic, as any time a good kid gets hurt. But it's not some huge racist plot. But a couple of black boys with guns shoot up a bunch of other young black people at a party, and barely a whisper from the MSM or the Demon-Rats. I'm sure a lot of the victims were good kids too. I guess it just doesn't meet their agenda!!!

Dadeville, AL, county seat, was 51% white to 44% black in the 2020 census. A city “where everyone knows everyone else”, a dress code was put in in 2015, after a few years of effort, banning miniskirts and short shorts on females and sagging pants on males. That ban was successfully sponsored by a black councilwoman. A black male said he’d been trying to get it through for some time, prayed about it. "It is about respect," Goodman said. "Who is going to respect you if you don't respect yourself. The reason I brought this up is I think people deserve respect when they are in public. I think slacking is disrespectful. I think it gives our younger generation the wrong impression of what is cool." In an interview with The Daily Beast, Goodman said he has been trying to ban saggy pants since 2008. He asked God how to go about it. https://www.al.com/news/2015/09/one_alabama_city_is_now_consid.html Here’s the city website. Photos. Hardly a hell hole: https://cityofdadevilleal.org

This can only change if black leaders want to make changes in the violent, dysfunctional black culture that causes this. Based on #8's post, it seems like there are actually some good black leaders, not the Ben Crum and Al Sharpton scum, who are trying to make real differences in the next generation of black kids growing up in their small town. I wish them well. The has to come from inside the black community and we ALL should support them in trying to stamp out this horrid inner city "thug" culture that has sadly become way too common all across the country. I sincerely hope that they succeed.

Invasion by thugs from distant cities should not be blamed on those in apparently decent cities like this one who are victimized. These are indeed invasions. Preying on the decent and law-abiding. The people the ghetto thugs have for long mocked as “oreos”....

And yet, three young black men traveled long distances from out of town to kill them? What is the common thread here? Most people who murder people have a close relationship of some kind.....and that leads to whatever problem they think they will solve with murder. This is why the police always look at family and friends of the deceased to see if someone had a serious beef. What was so big a deal that two brothers traveled an hour to kill people?

On Thursday, Joe Biden vowed to give at least $1 billion of American taxpayers’ money to a climate fund at the United Nations, even though the fund has sent millions of dollars to China in the past. As reported by the Washington Free Beacon, Biden declared his support for the U.N.’s “Green Climate Fund” (GCF), claiming that the money his administration sends to the fund will support “developing countries in taking stronger climate action.” However, the U.N. still officially categorizes China as a “developing country,” thus making the Communist nation eligible to be one of the recipients of funding from the GCF.

The 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals on April 20 issued a temporary administrative hold on the return date of the House Judiciary Committee’s congressional subpoena to Mark Pomerantz, a former prosecutor at Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office. Pomerantz investigated former President Donald Trump’s finances before leaving Bragg’s office in February 2022 in protest of Bragg’s initial unwillingness to bring an indictment against Trump. Bragg then brought the indictment against Trump in late March, prompting Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), chair of the House Judiciary Committee, to initiate a probe into what Jordan calls a “politically motivated” prosecution against a former president.
