The FBI is closing in on over two dozen potential suspects who were involved in Jack Teixeira's Discord page, where he allegedly leaked security secrets. It comes as it was revealed Teixeira, the US Air National Guardsman accused of leaking classified documents to a small group of gamers, had been posting sensitive information months earlier than previously known and to a much larger chat group.

It is a discord channel, not page. Discord is a text+voice chat service not a web site. If the DM can't get the most basic facts right how can they be trusted on anything else?

It seems that the word "intelligence" to longer applies to the agencies in our government entrusted with the nation's secrets. Back when Edward Snowden, a Russian sympathizer, was discovered using his contracted position to pass intelligence to his countrymen, the NSA caught him by bugging their own people but after he had exposed a ton of sensitive information. Apparently they are not smart enough to monitor what goes on inside the Pentagon and work being done by the people who work in top level communications and IT. Shame on all of you for being stupid.

Oooo. The Russians. Again?! Every time they are embarrassed about something they blame it on the Russians because they think it gives them legitimacy. Trump beat Hillary. The Russians. Hillary's emails about illegally cheating Sanders got leaked. The Russians. A pipeline blew up. The Russians. 1/5th of our uranium deposits were sold to the Russians. Oh wait. That did happen. And it was Hillary that done it. And all appearances are that she was well compensated.

FTA: "Air Force leaders said Tuesday they were investigating how a lone airman could access and distribute possibly hundreds of highly classified documents. " FTA: "The person also told the FBI that Teixeira switched from typing out documents in his possession to taking them home and photographing them because he 'had become concerned that he may be discovered making the transcriptions of text in the workplace.'" FTA: "The prosecution affidavit alleges Teixeira was detected on April 6 - the day The New York Times first published a story about the breach of documents - searching for the word 'leak' in a classified system. The FBI says that was reason to believe Teixeira was trying to find information about the investigation into who was responsible for the leaks." The investigation into where the barn door is and who left it open continues. Speculation that the farmer left it open to collect insurance has been dismissed as "wild conspiracy theory."

Michelin is recalling more than 542,000 light truck tires in the U.S. because they don't have enough traction to work in all snowy conditions. The recall covers certain Agilis CrossClimate C-Metric tires that Michelin says don't meet U.S. safety standards. The tire maker says in documents posted Thursday by safety regulators that tires, which were first sold in the United States and Canada in 2018, without sufficient traction can increase the risk of a crash.
