Once again displaying her total obliviousness, Republican National Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel announced Sunday that 2024 presidential candidates will likely have to pledge to support the winner in the general election, or they’ll be kept out of the primary debates. Who cares?
This is nothing but a lame attempt to paper over the party’s stark divisions over ex-President Donald Trump, one of three declared candidates so far. The simple fact is that many GOP voters won’t support him if he’s the nominee, and some of his voters likely won’t show for any other Republican.

I do not want to unite with the RIno's, who are already united with the Democrat Party. A pledge from a Rino is worhtless.

Yeah, no bias there. Sure, some (but not "many") RINO Republi-Can'ts won't support him in the primaries, but if it comes down to him or 4 more years of Senile Joe bidet destroying this republic, they will hold their noses and vote for him in November!!!!!

She worked with McConnell to not fund Trump endorsed candidates, including Hershel Walker's runoff against Warnock in Georgia; so, McDaniel can stick her cull for unity up there.

Actually it was the disastrous presidency of George W. Bush, notoriously supported by tthe New York Post and other Murdoch properties, that split the Republican Party. Donald Trump and his supporters are simply on the other side of the divide.

I like how they just make up their facts to support their narrative.

Are you now - - or have you ever been - - disloyal to the GOPe?
Sign this oath - - and remember to carry your papers at all times - - for random inspection.

As a Republican, this is the kind of reason I wanted her OUT at the recent election........and yet the old guard voted her back again. GREAT!!!!!!

Not that it probably matters, but I send RNC solicitations back with a note asking why I should give money to an outfit that cannot rid itself of failed leadership. Looks like they are working hard at failing again.

Ronna McDaniel did nothing to object to or investigate all the corruption in election fraud including Zuckerberg's cash infusion and yet the idiots with the votes reinstalled her. They apparently are complicit with the steal.

Nothing unusual here. Political parties have had similar policies in the past. Republican Party committees in my state have a rule that prevents anyone who publicly supported a Democrat or third party candidate in a recent election running in the Republican Primary.

having her as a one term, whatever she is, is enough but having her re-elected oversteps the limits of logic, she has no comprehension of what the job entails and is loathsomely suited for the job, she must resign but most of all --- who are the dumb bunnies who voted for her instead of Harmeet Dhillon? please step forward so you can be publicly scorned.

This lunacy depends totally upon the cooperation of conservative voters. I will not donate time or money to anybody except the one man who has a proven record of success, will reverse the damage caused by Biden immediately and will not comply with this stupidity. Biteme Ronna, you are highly expendable.

If I wanted to support a Democrat I'd donate directly to the DNC rather than utilizing the RNC as a middle man.
