Minnesota Democrats Advance Giving Driver’s

Democrats in Minnesota have advanced a plan to give driver’s licenses to potentially 77,000 eligible illegal aliens. This week, the Democrat-controlled Minnesota state senate passed a bill in a 34-31 vote that will eliminate the legal residency requirement for obtaining a driver’s license in the state. Instead, illegal aliens would be able to secure licenses to legally drive vehicles. The bill will now head back to the Minnesota state house for approval. Gov. Tim Walz (D) has said he will sign the bill if it reaches his desk. The bill overturns a prior law signed by former Gov. Tim Pawlenty (R). In California, one of the first states to pass such a law,

Eighteen states plus the District of Columbia grant driver's licenses to illegal aliens. They are California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Virginia and Washington. With Minnesota there will be 19 states that don't value US citizenship in the least.

I would assume as a retired insurance agent that auto insurance rates in Minnesota, at least in the urban areas, are already sky high. Advice to Minnesotans...make sure you carry increased limits on your uninsured motorist coverage. Half these people will be driving uninsured. Protect yourself and expect even higher rates.

Other states should not recognize Minnesota driver’s licenses. They simply will not reflect an individual’s ability to drive safely or carry insurance.

To those Minnesota Democrats the foreign people who they want to hand drivers licenses to are certainly not considered to be illegal aliens, to those Democrats what they are is seventy-seven thousand prospective leftist and socialist Democrat supporters and voters after they are granted a Democrat designed “path to citizenship” amnesty as part of a Democrat designed so-called “comprehensive immigration reform” legislative package that the Democrats expect to pass into law after the wimpy Congressional Republicans cave once again.

From my personal experience the usual responsibilities that go along with getting a drivers license, like knowing the rules of the road and having insurance on the vehicle they are driving, do not go hand in hand with illegals who have been granted a license in Illinois.

There are already "International Drivers Licenses" available...anyone can get one. IF any state ID is issued, it should be readily/obviously different than any existing form of ID, different colors, different backgrounds, different lettering, different sized pictures. AND banned from any attempt to register or to vote. Penalty...Immediate expulsion from the country. No delay, clothes on their back nothing more, next flight out of the USA..to anywhere it is going.

The judge overseeing the Georgia special grand jury weighed in on the crazy forewoman who went on a media tour last week. Fulton County judge Robert C. We cannot do so with an antiliberty regime in the White House that hates America and all it stands for. We must survive the next two years with Biden in the executive and recover our government from those whose goal is to transform the federal government into a dictatorship. One step in this direction, which has begun, is congressional Republicans investigating the Biden regime and informing the public of the truth.

For two years, the Democrats have insisted that, on Jan. 6, 2021, the republic was shaken to its foundations by an “insurrection” mounted by wild-eyed MAGA extremists. They attempted to reinforce this claim with a series of hyper-partisan hearings, complete with video edited for dramatic effect by a professional television producer. This left most of the footage captured by Capitol surveillance cameras on the cutting room floor, and the Democrats refused to release any of the unused video to the public. Thus, after the midterms, Kevin McCarthy pledged to make it public if elected speaker of the House. He kept his word, and the Democrats are clearly alarmed.

We should await some facts or other kinds of confirmation before drawing conclusions about nefarious political calculations, but it is confirmed that his wife and children have fled the country to “avoid media attention.” I don’t know much about treating what appears to be severe depression (a month in the hospital?), but common sense would suggest the presence of wife and family is instrumental for treatment and recovery. No wonder there are rumors spreading.
