An Orlando television reporter was among the dead in a shooting spree in Florida that killed three on Wednesday, while covering one of the shootings, police said Mina told a news conference that the employees worked for Spectrum News 13. The Orange County Sheriff's Office said earlier on Twitter that one person was in custody. Keith Melvin Moses, 19, has been arrested and charged with murder in connection to a shooting Wednesday morning, Mina said. Moses is expected to be charged in four other shootings that occurred later in the day, including the killing of the Spectrum News 13 journalist, Mina added.

The name says it all but don't miss the picture. Moses has a crown on his head but it is not a real one from Burger King, he made his own. Long criminal record at age19 means this animal should be put down or caged for life because he is destined to do it again.

Yesterday, Scott Adams (you know, the guy who draws "Dilbert") said on his podcast that he was giving up on trying to help blacks, because they don't appreciate or benefit from it. He referred to a Rasmussen survey in which half of the black respondents could not agree that, "It's OK to be White." He recommended that, after seeing video after video of blacks shooting, beating and abusing white people, it was time for whites to simply avoid blacks as far as possible; not aggress against them, but simply avoid them. Sound advice, in my opinion. He noted that blacks who take advantage of the opportunities available in this country, especially education, do rather well. But the time for giving blacks handouts is over, since they neither appreciate the help nor use it to advance their condition. He sounds like John Derbyshire twenty years ago, who got in trouble for his famous rejoinder to "The Talk" that blacks supposedly needed to have with their children. I heartily endorse both their views and recommend that anyone who has not yet seen or read Adams' and Derbyshire's pieces do so.

OK . This kid has a bad record. Did he buy that gun after passing a background check? I seriously doubt that. So what good is passing more laws making it harder for honest people to buy a gun. Outlaws don't give a flying **** about laws but these ignorant gun haters just make it hard on honest people.

This article refers to Mina without actually identifying him as the sheriff, John Mina. KARE-11, a Minneapolis local news station reported Mina’s public statement, which included this little gem: “No one in our community — not a mother, not a 9-year-old and certainly not news professionals — should become the victim of gun violence in our community.” Certainly not.

Friday, during an appearance on FNC’s “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) indicated his souring on the U.S. involvement in the Ukraine-Russia conflict. The Missouri Republican called on Europe to take on a larger role while the United States handled its domestic challenges, including the aftermath of the East Palestine, OH rail derailment. “I mean, the truth is that Joe Biden, and let’s face it, congressional Republicans have spent over $100 billion and counting on the Ukraine war, and meanwhile, the folks in East Palestine have poison in the water, poison in the air. As RedState reported on Friday, Joe Biden’s long-standing interview moratorium ended with a sit-down with ABC News. It had been months since the president dared to answer questions aside from brief encounters with reporters outside the White House. Nightline is obviously friendly territory, and the questions were mostly mundane at best. Expecting Biden to consistently make contact with softballs is never a good bet, though. In a clip that was released on Saturday morning, the president was confronted with the comments from East Palestine Mayor Trent Conaway. In them, the mayor criticized the optics of Biden galavanting in Ukraine while still refusing to visit the ecological disaster area

Kadena Air Base, Japan — The US Navy reconnaissance jet flies at 21,500 feet over the South China Sea, 30 miles from the contested Paracel Islands, a group of about 130 small atolls, the biggest of which are home to Chinese military bases. A voice, saying it’s coming from a People’s Liberation Army (PLA) airport, crackles over the radio of the US Navy P-8 Poseidon as a CNN crew, given rare access aboard the US flight, listens in. “American aircraft. Chinese airspace is 12 nautical miles. Not approaching any more or you bear all responsibility,” it says. In a few minutes, a Chinese fighter jet armed with air-to-air missiles intercepts the US plane,

Sometimes, I listen to Joe Biden–and all I can think is: he is one weird dude. He was asked on Friday if he would be visiting the site of the train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio, and his response was bizarre. He said he did a “whole video,” and he couldn’t remember that it was a “Zoom” video. “Zoom. All I can hear every time I think of Zoom is that song of my generation, ‘Who’s Zoomin’ Who?'” Biden babbled. Yikes. At this point, he’s just not a serious person; he seems completely out of it. The discovery is completely upending existing theories about the origins of galaxies, according to a new study published Wednesday in the journal Nature.“These objects are way more massive than anyone expected,” said study coauthor Joel Leja, assistant professor of astronomy and astrophysics at Penn State University, in a statement. “We expected only to find tiny, young, baby galaxies

Florida continues on its quest to establish itself as “the state where woke goes to die.” The latest chapter in this story involves a new bill introduced in the state legislature known as the “Reverse Woke Act.” If passed, the proposed law would require any employer that covers “gender transition” services to also pay for detransition medical care, even if the employee had the original procedure done in another state. It would also apply if the patient is no longer with the company. The bill is seen as a shot across the bow toward states like California that bill themselves as “sanctuary” states for transgender people seeking medical services
