A 17-year-old student at Matanzas High School in Palm Coast, Florida was arrested Tuesday after he shoved a teacher’s aide so hard she flew in the air several feet. He then pounded her head into the floor, all because she took his Nintendo Switch away from him during class, according to police. He later spit on the victim and said when he comes back he would kill her, police said. Video shows the 6 foot, six inch, 270 pound student raced after the woman, sent her flying across the floor and knocking her unconscious when she landed on her head. The student then kicked and repeatedly punched the victim

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), the vice chairman of the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, compiled over the past several years and just released on Tuesday a several hundred page report detailing his investigative findings on the origins of the coronavirus pandemic.
The report, which is available on Rubio’s Senate website, is more than 240 pages long, with another more than 80 pages containing the hundreds of citations made throughout it. The effort is the product of years of research by Rubio, his staff, and outside experts who helped compile the comprehensive investigation into the matter.
President Biden is taking his case for tougher gun limits directly to the American public, writing in an op-ed that his power is limited and Congress must “do more.”
Mr. Biden, writing in USA Today, said last year’s bipartisan bill to expand background checks for young people and red flag laws that remove guns from those who are a danger to themselves or others was just a good start, and he is exploring executive action to rein in firearms.

James Comer and other Republicans in both the House and Senate are currently in the midst of an investigation into an alleged bribery scheme involving the Biden family. Specifically, the FBI is in possession of a 1023 form that includes supposed evidence and witness testimony to that effect.

Two young men were killed and five others seriously injured when gunfire broke out late Saturday at a gathering just north of the US-Mexico border in Arizona.

The Missouri teenager who crashed a U-Haul truck into the White House's security barriers last night has been charged with trying to kill, kidnap or harm the president, vice president or a family member.
Sai Varshith Kandula, 19, from Chesterfield, Missouri, was arrested at the scene after plowing the vehicle into security barriers at around 10pm. After crashing the vehicle, he jumped out of the van and started waving a Nazi flag.
Once in custody, Kandula told the FBI he wanted to overthrow the government, kill President Biden and take over himself. He is now being held in custody.

CBS News reported these devices are part of a series of new security measures being offered to senators by Karen Gibson, Senate Sergeant at Arms.
