The 'migrant' shot dead by an Arizona rancher on his land last month was likely a cartel drug smuggler or scout, according to a former Border Patrol chief, who says the area is known for 'violence'.  George Alan Kelly, 73, was arrested on charges of first degree murder for shooting Gabriel Cuen-Butimea on January 30 at his home. That charge has now been downgraded to a second degree murder charge.  He denies the murder, insisting he only ever fired warning shots when he saw what he perceived to be a gang of cartel smugglers on his land.   Former Border Patrol Chief Rodney Scott, who was previously a supervisor in the area,

Just give him a jury of his true peers -- ranchers from this part of Arizona. It will take them about 2 seconds of "deliberation" until they not only find him "not guilty", but require the state to pay him punitive damages for wasting his valuable time with this insanity!!!!

Chances are any jury from that area along the borderline, especially with a former U.S. Border Patrol Supervisor advising that the dead man was a Mexican cartel smuggler, will find their 73 year old neighbor not guilty. The prosecutors should not waste their time!

Simple questions: WHY haven't well armed National Guard been dispatched to the Southern Border to "remove" any and all cartel agents? Why has the border not been sealed to decrease drug and human trafficking? WHY are illegal invaders and WORSE, who chance entering America surreptitiously, need to be daily transported throughout our nation on the Taxpayer's dime, in the dead of night? MOST AMERICANS did not vote for THIS.

Doing the job that the Border Patrol won't do gets an honest citizen put in jail. Just wait until the entire country is forced to protect their homes as the "undocumented migrants" attempt to find their better life on your home and property.

#12. I don’t believe that it is legitimate to claim that the Border Patrol will not do their job, as the Border Patrol, a federal law enforcement agency, must follow the orders and policies of the Department of Homeland Security run by Mayorkis and the President, said to be Biden.

Biden removed existing legislated border protection & defence when he assumed office, rendering USA's sovereign land AND American citizens AND their private land totally vulnerable to the cartels. The result of such ignorance & abuse of existing Immigration Law by the current dem Administration renders American citizens defenseless. ...What is wrong with Biden's border policy?! ...EVERYTHING!

For that matter, if the killing slug was recovered, is it even same caliber, have the rifling marks that would match to striations Mr. Kelly's gun would reproduce in a lab test? The House voted Tuesday to kill the Biden administration’s controversial rule that encourages private retirement plan fiduciaries to consider environment, social and governance (ESG) factors when making investment decisions for tens of millions of Americans. The Department of Labor rule is widely seen by Republicans as part of the Biden administration’s push to inject "woke" ideology into all aspects of government. Under the rule, fiduciaries who make investment decisions for the retirement plans of more than 150 million people would be explicitly permitted under federal guidelines to consider companies’ approach to climate change and other social issues, instead of focusing on only profitability and return on investment for retirees.

A train carrying more than 30,000 gallons of propane fuel has derailed in Florida, sparking new environmental concerns just weeks after a toxic train overturned in Ohio. Southern Manatee Fire Rescue Chief Robert Bounds said Tuesday afternoon that six Seminole Gulf railway cars fell off the tracks near a homeless camp at the Sarasota-Manatee County border. Five of the cars were carrying sheetrock, while the sixth was carrying propane. Another train car that did not overturn was also transporting propane at the time, and jumped the track during the partial derailment, FOX 13 reports.
