Yoko Ono leaves NYC after 50 years, moves

Yoko Ono is the latest to say she’s done with New York City. The 90-year-old is choosing to spend the rest of her life in a rural upstate New York farm that she and her late husband, John Lennon, purchased together in 1978, according to the Daily Mail. In the last 50 years, Ono has called the exclusive Dakota building — located on West 72nd Street and known as the first-ever luxury apartment building in America — her home. Lennon was shot outside, in the Dakota’s archway, on Dec. 8, 1980.

If any of you have problems with pesky rodents/insects in your house, before you leave [because you DON'T wanna be in the house with this] put on a recording of some of Yoko's 'singing', and crank up the volume. Best way I can describe it is, imagine the sounds one might make having their spleen removed WITHOUT anesthesia. And yet a lot of the 'beautiful people' pretended to like it. An early indication that those people were full of dung!

A downstate judge on Friday struck down the ban on high-power firearms and high-capacity ammunition magazines that Gov. J.B. The scope of the ruling was a subject of dispute, with the attorney for the state lawmaker who was the lead plaintiff in the lawsuit arguing that it applies statewide and Pritzker’s office contending it does not. “We expected political grandstanding from those more beholden to the gun lobby than to the safety of their constituents and today’s ruling comes as no surprise,”

The United Arab Emirates now has the most powerful passport in the world, according to a new study. Nomad Capitalist, a tax and immigration consultancy firm, ranked the value of nearly 200 countries' passports based on five factors: the availability of visa-free travel, the taxation on residents living in foreign countries, perception, the availability of dual citizenship and personal freedom. It found that the UAE's new visa-free travel privileges, as well as its rapidly growing economy and the fact that there are no income taxes have made its passports the most valuable.

We’ve also seen that they don’t understand that Joe Biden isn’t king. He doesn’t get to declare, by unilateral fiat, the cancellation of student debt. That’s not within his Constitutional power, no matter what Democratic politicians may think. But they wanted to do it to pay off their base for their votes.
