Yoko Ono is the latest to say she’s done with New York City.
The 90-year-old is choosing to spend the rest of her life in a rural upstate New York farm that she and her late husband, John Lennon, purchased together in 1978, according to the Daily Mail.
In the last 50 years, Ono has called the exclusive Dakota building — located on West 72nd Street and known as the first-ever luxury apartment building in America — her home. Lennon was shot outside, in the Dakota’s archway, on Dec. 8, 1980.

Yoko Ono is 90 years old? Cripes, that puts me in the "older than dirt" crowd.

If any of you have problems with pesky rodents/insects in your house, before you leave [because you DON'T wanna be in the house with this] put on a recording of some of Yoko's 'singing', and crank up the volume.
Best way I can describe it is, imagine the sounds one might make having their spleen removed WITHOUT anesthesia. And yet a lot of the 'beautiful people' pretended to like it. An early indication that those people were full of dung!

Ono should just go live in a dead hollowed out tree in upstate hellhole for all I care. Ugly hag but, I'll wait for her box set album to come out that should be exciting.

Lennon was an anti-Christian Marxist. Ono is the same. I enjoyed the Beatles great music, but nothing that Lennon did afterwards was worth a bucket of warm spit. "Imagine" is pure evil set to a nice tune.

I never understood why she would want to live in the building where her husband was shot on the doorstep. I would have thought she would have moved to the farm long ago. But given the crime and tax hikes, she is smart to get out of NYC.
Nobody forces any commenters to click on the articles, so I don't have patience for those who do then complain about it.
