A GOP political operative was sentenced to 18 months in prison on Friday for illegally funneling tens of thousands of dollars from a Russian businessman to the Trump campaign in 2016.
Jesse Benton, 45, was convicted in November of six charges related to scheme to connect a Russian businessman with then-GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump. The Russian, millionaire Roman Vasilenko, wanted to take a picture with Trump to post on social media.
“Benton arranged for the Russian national – whose nationality Benton concealed from the campaign and the candidate – to attend a campaign fundraising event and to take a picture with the candidate,”

So Jesse Benton did this on his own and we are supposed to blame Trump? WTH is wrong with our country when we blame someone we despise for wrong doing that he has no control over?

Meanwhile, China and Ukraine crime figures funnel money to the Biden Crime family and the Justice Dept. looks away to more pressing matters -- anything Trump.

After the last several election cycles I'm of the opinion that about the only thing lower than a political operative is the politician himself, or maybe a pedophile. They are the scummiest of dirt, and it doesn't even matter what party they're from. They should swing from the same gallows as the politician.

where did they pose for this picture?
Was it in the whitehouse?
On a private jet on it's way to a private island...being waited upon...hand and foot...by teenage girls?
In a US Embassy in a foreign land?
In a govt office? Be it the senate, the VP residence?
Did Trump ride a govt limo to a Lunch meeting, as a "Command Appearance"?
Trump posed for thousands of pictures with thousands of people..that didn't pay a dime, just showed up to rallies of thousands where he worked the rope line, as he did outside of his HOMES.
But....he did that kind of stuff looooong before he even thought about running for office, any office.

Hillary Clinton, John McCain, Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, Jerry Nadler, the 7th floor of the FBI. 90% of the news media. Same crime, No trial, no sentence. I realize that Trump Derangement Syndrome has been identified as a mental illness but it wasn't back then.

The Washington crime cartel (otherwise known as our government) is going after its political opponents. Trump is too powerful for them, and they are afraid of backlash, so they go after stupid stuff like this. Guess we should all count ourselves lucky that Washington doesn't resolve most matters like the Mexican drug cartels do. It will never surprise me if Washington gets as bad as Mexico.

So this guy gets 18 months -which he deserved- for crooked campaign shenanigans.
Of course the Media wants to smear President Trump, who knew nothing of this scheme.
What about the guy who sold American ICBM rocket guidance systems to the ChiComs, and then enabled the ChiComs to steal the designs of our most advanced -at the time- American atomic warheads, the W87 and W88, to put on those rockets.
Now what, 30 years later, the Chicoms are steadily building ICBMs. I recently read that they now have more launchers in commission than we do.
The only punishment meted out to The HornDog is of his own doing..... his punishment is that he's stuck with The HildeBeast for the rest of his life, and that's only because a person -the H-Dog or the H-Beast- cannot be compelled to testify against their spouse in a court of law.
That pair did more to damage America than anyone who came before them. As for those who came after them, we may never find out the extent of the damage done by Zero or The HairSniffer.

If he had just 'identified' as an Asian, and changed his name to Johnny Chung or Charlie Trie (both former Clinton bagmen and money launderers) he might have been lauded.

I know the writer meant to properly identify the scuzzy wet-behind-the-ears 45 year old teenager as a DNC operative. Who appointed the judge? Maybe Mr. Pearce should dig a little deeper. This ain't over by a long shot.
