“CNN This Morning” co-host Don Lemon caused some on-air tension and triggered an uproar on social media Thursday after claiming GOP presidential candidate Nikki Haley was not “in her prime” — and should not comment on the age of other politicians. Lemon, 56, was responding to Haley, 51, calling for mental health competency tests for politicians over the age of 75 in her presidential campaign kickoff speech Wednesday. “This whole talk about age makes me uncomfortable,” Lemon began. “I think it’s the wrong road to go down. She says people, you know, politicians are suddenly not in their prime. Nikki Haley isn’t in her prime.” To the bewilderment of co-hosts

Why is Haley wasting time on CNN? Is she that brain dead that she doesn't know they have no audience? Why does she think a CNN viewer would vote for her? Let's she if she can fill up arenas all over the country as Trump does on the campaign trail - or is she just after the corporate donor and the Five Star restaurant crowd? She really is a female Jeb Bush/Mitt Romney. She may have high energy but no message or vision for the country.

But Lemmon and Biden are? Come on, man. LOL Who died and gave Donnie permission to cancel women in their 50's? If that is the case then I know a lot of democratic women in government should resign in mass. What an a hole. Babs Feinstein can't remember if she voted 5 minutes after she didn't vote and was surprised that she is not running for re-election. Donnie needs to worry about his side of the aisle.

Bravo for Kimberly Ross' tweet (reminding us that Don never brought up Hillary Clinton's age, and she's easily 20 years older than Haley). Lemon has been little more than a sour fop; and now he's got bitterness, too. But I think his prime totally passed him by.

Could his appalling mishandling of the East Palestine train derailment be curtains for Trans Pete, that is, Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg? His mismanagement has become the occasion for a rare demonstration of dissension within the Biden administration, which usually marches, nay, goose-steps, in proudly authoritarian lockstep. But could this be fey Pete’s last dance? After the woefully inadequate Transportation secretary found a way to blame Trump for the catastrophic train derailment, he got pushback from an unexpected quarter: National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) Chair Jennifer Homendy, who branded Buttigieg’s politically

Documents that were unsealed as part of a new lawsuit by the US Virgin Islands against JPMorgan Chase have revealed that at least 20 of the victims on Jeffrey Epstein’s island were paid through accounts at the bank. Insider reports that the US Virgin Islands filed a new version of its December lawsuit in January, which had far less redacted information than the prior one. JPMorgan had asked a federal court in Manhattan to dismiss the suit. The new filing states that Epstein had 55 accounts that were worth “hundreds of millions of dollars.” The suit alleges that the abuse and trafficking took place between 2003 and 2019.

California’s fiscal wildfire is here. The flames are licking the highest levels of the state capitol in Sacramento. The flames surround the Democrat super majority-run legislature. Democrats’ profligate spending, greed, and lack of imagination on how to run America’s most populous state have been disastrous. An investment research group says California’s “tax policy is killing the Golden Goose in the Golden State.” And that’s not the only problem. Governor Gavin Newsom sent billions of Joe Biden’s specially printed, inflation-causing Covid money to voters for “inflation relief” before his latest election. He teed up “free” kindergarten for four-year-olds, and gave out “free” healthcare to illegal aliens. His reckless spending was the fiscal

The environmental disaster taking place in Ohio from a Norfolk Southern derailed train should outrage both sides of the political aisle. After the smoke clears, investigations will take place and most likely will show that there is plenty of blame to be shared, including all levels of government and both political parties. But at the moment, the complete lack of any significant response by the Biden administration is appalling and begs the question why an administration that is hostile to the free market and supports extreme measures to fight climate change is missing in action?

The kindest advice I gave the Democrats was that they should have taken a loss in 2022. Hand the House and the Senate to Republicans and clear the deck for a new generation of leadership. Biden would have been forced to follow Pelosi into retirement after a long grueling struggle with congressional Republicans. Democrats would have had a good shot at winning in 2024 with a younger candidate who wasn’t at the wheel during these miserable years. Instead, Biden was locked in for a second term. Most of the critics fell silent and endorsed his reelection campaign. The potential competitors, primarily Newsom, have gotten out of the way.

A "high-altitude airborne object" over Northern Canada was shot down by an F-22 fighter jet at the directive of President Biden, a North American Aerospace Defense Command [NORAD] official confirmed in a statement to Fox News Digital. The incident came one day after the United States shot down an unidentified object over northern Alaska on Friday that entered U.S. airspace before it was detected and a week after the U.S. shot down a Chinese surveillance balloon spotted off the coast of South Carolina.

On February 9, New Jersey Italian restaurant Nettie’s House of Spaghetti, despite having a name that makes it sound like a children’s restaurant, issued a statement across its social media accounts that beginning in early March, they would no longer allow children under 10 to dine at the restaurant. The announcement made headlines and points to the perennial debate over whether banning kids under a certain age from eating at restaurants is reasonable. This debate is, of course, not new. There will always be a steady stream of new children coming to restaurants with their parents, and some of those children will act in accordance with their developmental tendencies.

That is now an annual requirement. The aim is to deliver “equitable outcomes” for all Americans, including underserved communities, through government policies, programs, and services.

The release follows months of discovery and depositions that have remained private until Thursday, when the companies filed court papers before a Delaware judge laying out each of their cases and unveiling recently gathered evidence.
