The FBI issued the “all clear” on its latest search of one of President Biden’s residences. The announcement came with the first day of special counsel Robert Hur on the job at the Justice Department.
Hur may find that the Biden legal team feels that “all clear” extends beyond the latest search. It could be challenging to make a criminal case after how the investigation has been handled.
At every stage, the FBI has adopted an approach that would compromise or complicate any criminal charge.
The FBI left the home untouched for over three months after classified documents were found in Biden’s former office in DC.

AG Garland appointed a special council who is refusing to let congress see if any of the documents match up with known Hunter Biden leaks to foreign entities because "it's an ongoing investigation."
Previously they allowed his lawyers to look over the classified documents, both without security clearance or the FBI present, to give them opportunity to remove things. Nothing to see here.

Of course the DOJ and FBI cleared Lame Duck. They work for him. Merrick is not going against his boss.

What a joke. The documents have either been destroyed or they're in China.Biden is a traitor. He should be in prison.

The document find was only for slow joe to be persona-non-grata in 2024. If you think you'll see him in a orange jumpsuit you're as demented as he is.

It's really sad seeing a once reputable law enforcement agency like the FBI become so corrupt and distrusted by the citizens they are supposed to serve. They have become the secret police of a corrupt political structure in Washington DC.

Reporter: "How long will this investigation take?"

Ah yes.
The Democ'RAT 'Just-Us' system doing what it Does.
(#2) and (#8), the PURPOSE of the FIBber investigation is to provide a ready-made excuse for the guilty to refuse to talk t Congress.
"Can't interfere with a Federal Investigation."..... that started I think ONE DAY after Jim Jordan announced his investigation.
They can easily string this out (that is, sit on this), as they have with Huncher's AND the Awan Brothers laptops, until after the 2024 election.

It wasn't "bungling."

Just my opinion; This is just MORE proof that the top five, or eight levels of command structure, at the corrupt FBI need to be replaced, and the sooner the better.

There is no credible excuse for such incompetence.
Whether for criminal interference and obstruction, or by sheer, criminal negligence, the entire FBI command structure should be fired, stripped of pensions and benefits, and prosecuted wherever possible.

No bungling. This was all intentional. When no one is fighting against this regime, other than with words, we the peons will continue to lose. Only the left is willing to fight with more than words.

The Congress has to get the FBI back into being a pure domestic federal law enforcement role.

The fix was in the moment that biden the cheater and his attorneys were allowed to enter the Wilmington residence, a crime scene that should have been cordoned off, and tamper with the evidence. No 3am fbi raids and no cnn cameras. Voila - biden the cheater can't be accused of anything. Clever game by AG Garlic Man.

The hubris of this administration is unlike anything we have ever seen. Democrats, Deep State, the FBI and DOJ believe they are untouchable and who can argue with that? Regardless of what we see or what they do or don’t do, Justice will never be served when it comes to these protected criminals. I can remember a time when this country prided itself on our system of justice, now it is nothing more than a joke. I am astounded by their in your face arrogance. I guess that comes when you have successfully committed a coup d’etat and control every agency in the government. I fear we are just spinning our wheels if we expect justice to be served. Republicans may be able to win the presidency in 2024, but I seriously doubt that is going to make much difference. The deep state and the rest of the criminal agents in DC will not change their stripes. They will just lay low and fight the war behind the scenes. Do any of you seriously believe this cabal will ever give up power?

if there is one person, on this earth, who thinks the FBI was acting in accordance with prescribed law, that's one too many, this was a news event, not an investigation but the FBI has been so corrupted, since comrade obama, that it will never rise to its previous levels of achievements, never!!

You should realize by now that the function of the FBI regarding Democrats is always to hide the evidence.

The only recourse republicans have is to keep pushing for the truth...send in a cleaning lady to check all the drawers...especially Jill's lingerie drawer....no one will stop her cleaning schedule...it's a thought...desperate times...call for desperate measures...

Why did Joe choose to go to the beach for the weekend at this time? Thirty and forty degree temperature is not beach weather. He had time to look over things and have his lawyers remove any evidence before the friendly search.

It has been reported by Jesse Watters and others that when Biden visited his beach home, there was a lot of smoke coming from his house. Could it be that old Joe was burning up incriminating classified documents that he didn't want the world to see?

This is a hint that the 2024 election is in the bag if fraud Joe doesn't have formaldehyde running in him by then. The coast is clear like the path for Hillary Clinton in 2016 when Comey announced there were no charges. FJB
