Original Article

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has prosecuted at least two former federal employees for unlawfully retaining classified documents since President Joe Biden took office two years ago. Federal prosecutors have charged an ex-FBI analyst and retired Air Force lieutenant colonel in two different cases after sensitive government materials were discovered at their respective homes.

Comments:

You mean the DOJ didn't let the offenders have their personal attorneys conduct the search?

Pope Francis recently shocked many by positing parity between Vladimir Putin and Russia on one hand, and Ukraine and NATO on the other. The Holy Father insisted both are to blame for the raging war. In stark contrast to the "Holy Alliance" of Saint John Paul II, Ronald Reagan, and Margaret Thatcher who deployed a brilliant strategy to defeat Soviet communism, Jorge Mario Bergoglio has been channeling his youthful leftism again in a bumbling effort to relate to Russia.

The Biden administration has, at long last, finally decided to follow the law — only just a bit. And it really doesn't want people to know about it either way, which is why the announcement was made on Good Friday afternoon. After refusing to comply with a court order requiring him to sell leases for oil and gas exploration on federal land last year, Biden is finally succumbing to the pressure of high gas prices. That's the good news. The bad news is that he is selling a mere fraction of the leases the government would normally sell. This probably belongs in the category of "better than nothing."

Funded and led by the U.S. Marhals Service, the operation focused on countering gang activity in specific areas of McLennan, Bell and Coryell counties. “This is what our citizens expect us to do is come together, put egos, attitudes, put all that away and come together and make our community safe,” said Todd Snyder, DPS Central Texas Regional Director.

Here are a few suggested edits for Makhijani’s piece, free of charge: First, the sub-head: “Young people want alternatives to disposable tampons and pads — and they’re not embarrassed to talk about it.” Are “young people” looking for alternatives to disposable menstrual products, or are young women? (Surely the latter since only women menstruate.) “Still, the average menstruator can use thousands of tampons in their lifetime.” “Menstruator”? Excuse me, but the word is woman. When President Biden pounded his hand on a podium this week and declared “I'm tired of being quiet!” when he talked about changing Senate rules to pass voters rights legislation, Democrats immediately noticed a shift. In five words, Biden — known for working across the aisle and his relationships with Republicans —was telegraphing that the new year was ushering in a more forceful and liberated version of himself. “It’s about damn time,” said one top Democratic strategist. “It’s like they kept him on a leash for far too long.
