Discrimination in employment based on names should have been included in the law. A Black person probably would not even be given an interview if the application was done via snail-mail or on-line because many potential employers are repelled by some 'ghetto' names. Most Black people are not into professional sports or entertainment ventures. Names can be very important especially in fields ('practicums' for USC style book writers) requiring advanced educations or personal contact. May not be fair, but that's the way it is.

What happens when some whyte peepo show up with afros, dreads and braids? Do they get charged under this act because "they ain't Black"? Or instead, will discrimination against them be allowed? I can see an issue being raised if it "Protects" them.

Many times the hair styles that are objectional are not based on race, ethnicity, or culture. They are a certain race taking their hairstyles to extremes having nothing to do with race, ethnicity, or their historical culture. They will come up with something so out there claiming it is their "current culture" so that makes it culturally appropriate. Sorry, but not every hair style should be protected by law.
