Chris Christie is making his move for
the White House. Job one is attacking
Donald Trump.

Original Article

A year ago, Chris Christie wouldn’t even call former President Donald Trump out by name when he warned an audience at the Ronald Regan Library not to let “a few zealots” control the Republican Party. Now, there’s no holding back for the former New Jersey governor with eyes on the White House. “This guy is a loser,” Christie told NJ Advance Media in a recent interview. “He can’t win. He’s won once and everything he’s done since then is lose.”

Comments:

Donald Trump advanced and enacted the most conservative (and successful) presidential agenda since Reagan and handed the GOP a once in a generation lifeline which too many of them are using to hang themselves. Christie has about as much chance of winning the GOP ‘24 nomination (much less the presidency) as Maxine Waters has of winning the Miss Universe Pageant.

The only time a Republican President provided me the opportunity to prosper was during the Trump Administration. Since 1990 the Republican has delivered failures, at the boarder, with BS wars, with the culture, with the budget with EVERYTING. The only exception was the Trump years. I can no longer support a party that leaves me hanging on by a thread. Its Trump or no one for me, you fat piece of crap.

Pence and Christie are pretty doggoned funny, thinking that Americans would have either of them behind the Resolute Desk. As they used to yell at ballplayers (baseball) who couldn't think on the field, "Hey, have an idea out there!" Christie hasn't had a good idea in a long time. I'd suggest that Christie go beg his favorite rock star Bruce Springsteen for a campaign contribution. Of course, the Boss is left of Castro politically, so Chris had better not get his hopes too high.

Christie NEVER had any chance. He's a 'moderate', at best, and anti-gun, and both are NOT going to get you elected as a Republican. Stupid, stupid, stupid. And IIRC, he is the puke that foisted Chris Wray off on us, recommending him to Trump, back when Trump didn't know that all the Deep State Repubs were backstabbing him while solemnly declaring that they supported him to his face. Trump has learned a lot, the hard way, by finding that a WHOLE LOT of his "political supporters" were actually backstabber working behind the scenes to block his moves, and cripple his efforts to change things in DC.

New Jersey has banned police officers from lingering around polling stations and ballot drop boxes on election days under a new law that advocates argued was needed to protect against voter intimidation. Democratic Gov. Phil Murphy signed the Democratic-sponsored bill into law earlier in the week after it passed the Democratic-controlled state Legislature mostly along party lines. It says both plain-clothed or uniformed police need to keep at least 100 feet from polling stations or drop boxes.

As Joe Biden and various Democrat and Republican leaders are gleefully willing to keep pushing U.S. taxpayer money into Ukraine, there does come a time when we have to start asking some questions about the disconnect in regard to the opinion of the American people. Former GOP House Speaker Paul Ryan is offering two reasons why GOP voters should walk away from President Donald Trump’s 2024 presidential primary campaign. “We want to win,” the establishment champion told ABC News’ This Week on November 20. Trump “is going to continue to lose altitude” in primary polls because “he’s unelectable because [of] that suburban voter.” The second reason offered by Ryan is his own alternative 2024 White House platform. That platform breaks from Trump’s mostly-populist policies and offers voters a series of healthcare cuts, more wage-cutting migrants, new carbon taxes, and lower taxes for corporate investors. “I have presidential-sized policy ambition, but I really don’t have presidential-sized personal ambition,” said Ryan,

A new law being seriously considered by lawmakers in New York City could strip landlords of the ability to perform criminal background checks on prospective tenants. The legislation, known as the "Fair Chance for Housing Act", is set to go before the New York City Council’s Committee on Civil Rights on December 8th and is being backed by at least 30 of the council’s 51 members, New York Post reported. In addition to being supported by a significant number of lawmakers, New York City Mayor Eric Adams has suggested he is open to working with lawmakers on the proposal.

Meghan Markle is said to be fuming that she has no access to the royal jewels. At King Charles III’s first state dinner for South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, Queen Consort Camilla wore a diamond and sapphire tiara that belonged to Queen Elizabeth II, while the Princess of Wales, Kate, wore the pearl and diamond tiara that was the favorite crown of the late Princess Diana. Markle is said to feel left out. Meghan is still Duchess of Sussex, but has no right to borrow the royal tiaras and gems the way her rivals do. All Meghan has is a pair of modest pearl and diamond earrings that Queen Elizabeth gave her.

A dean at the University of Cambridge in the U.K. came to the defense of a junior research fellow whose sermon last Sunday about Jesus Christ having a "trans body" reportedly left outraged congregants "in tears." Dr. Michael Banner, the dean of Trinity College, said Joshua Heath raised "legitimate" speculation in his Evensong sermon during which the researcher claimed from the pulpit of Trinity College chapel that non-erotic portrayals of Jesus' penis in historical paintings "urge a welcoming rather than hostile response towards the raised voices of trans people," according to the Daily Telegraph.

LONDON -- The World Health Organization has renamed monkeypox as mpox, citing concerns the original name of the decades-old animal disease could be construed as discriminatory and racist. The U.N. health agency said in a statement Monday that mpox was its new preferred name for monkeypox, saying that both monkeypox and mpox would be used for the next year while the old name is phased out. WHO said it was concerned by the “racist and stigmatizing language” that arose after monkeypox spread to more than 100 countries. It said numerous individuals and countries asked the organization “to propose a way

Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA) said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union” that he would have to consider the validity of and House Republicans’ subpoena before complying with it. Anchor Dana Bash said, “The incoming oversight chair, James Comer, told Punchbowl News in an interview, ‘I don’t believe congressional investigations have a whole lot of credibility now. I blame Adam Schiff for that, but it’s also both parties to blame for investigations in the past. I want to change that.’ What’s your response?” Schiff said, “Comer doesn’t believe in the Russia investigation,

Even in the face of data showing that Covid “vaccines” do not prevent transmission of the virus but do cause extremely high rates of adverse events to be reported, the US (and much of the world’s) medical establishment remains fully committed to pushing universal vaccinations. (snip) If there is one dramatic case study that seems to upend the vaccination absolutists, it is Africa, many of whose countries are too poor to have mass vaccination programs, yet which has the lowest death toll from Covid in the world. The AP reported last year: Scientists mystified, wary, as Africa avoids COVID disaster

The US soccer federation displayed Iran's national flag on social media without the emblem of the Islamic Republic, saying the move supports protesters in Iran ahead of the two nations' World Cup match Tuesday. Iran's government reacted by accusing America of removing the name of God from their national flag and called for FIFA to kick the USA out of the World Cup with a 10-game ban from soccer. Tasmin news agency - associated closely with the Iranian regime - says Iran's soccer federation will make the request to FIFA, soccer's governing body.  The symbol was later returned to the flag on the USA's website but

It’s a survival story that appears to be made for the movies. The Carnival cruise ship Valor reported on Thanksgiving day that a passenger had gone overboard. His sister reported him missing around 8 a.m. but hadn’t seen him since he left a bar to use the restroom around 11 p.m. the previous evening. At that point, the U.S. Coast Guard got involved. The ship turned around and retraced its route hoping to find the unidentified man. Eventually, Valor continued on its way with no sign of the man. The Coast Guard conducted an intensive search, alerting all vessels in the area to the emergency. The Coast Guard resources included

Dr. Anthony Fauci said on Sunday that he will 'of course' testify before House Republicans next year if asked, but ripped the GOP for running 'anti-Fauci' platforms in the recent midterm elections. House Republicans' many threats to investigate the Biden administration will get the chance to materialize next year after they narrowly won back the majority in Congress' lower chamber. A large share of those have been targeted at the White House chief medical adviser and his role in handling the COVID-19 pandemic's public health policies.
