New rumors are floating around about who could potentially be a running mate for former President Donald Trump should he finally announce his candidacy for the White House and cinch the GOP nomination. (Snip) Folks have been wanting to see a ticket featuring Trump and Florida Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis, which, I fully admit, would be awesome, but there’s another individual (Snip) According to the Conservative Brief, a series of recent reports have focused in on New York Republican Congresswoman Elise Stefanik as a potential political partner for Trump. There is a new article published in Foreign Policy called, “Elise Stefanik Is Most Likely to Succeed,” where the author says,

As much as I appreciate all that Trump has done for our nation, I would rather have DeSantis for the candidate. There is just too much rancor from the press and left. It is a constant distraction and resistance to getting things done. I think DeSantis would do the same things as Trump, but get it done quicker and with more success. I love Trump, but I think we would all be better off by moving on.

Stefanik received 2022 money from Bill Gates! She needs to return the money and publicly denounce any connections to Gates. Sen Kennedy in Louisiana also received money from Gates. Gateway Pundit had a complete list of Republicans who got Gates cash.

DeSantis and Trump are both Florida residents which would undermine the main purpose of picking a VP from a different swing state. Also, DeSantis is his own man and neither of them would not be comfortable having a strong second fiddle to Trump's policies. Picking Stefanik is playing the same identity politics game that Democrats are well known for. It would make more sense to pick a VP from Pennsylvania or Arizona. New York is too blue to give any electoral votes to Trump.

I like Trump and I voted for him twice. I do not think he should run again. The left will hog tie him so much that he won’t be able to do a thing. Unless we can start jailing Democrats left and right for their fraudulent actions, a Trump presidency cannot succeed.

After all Trump has gone through and after all that he has done for us, he deserves another term. Of course he will be battered, but he's a fighter and he fights for this nation. To deny him the WH is throwing in the towel to the Dems, their impeachments, their political trials, and their media hors d'oeuvres. Would you have denied Reagan a second term? Next to Trump, Reagan was the most persecuted president by the Demented demedia in my long lifetime.

Unless Stefanik can demonstrate the nerve to take on the socialist infrastructure being built, NOT reach out the hand of magnanimity to the Dems who've tried to destroy Republicans in general, conservatives, Trump supporters, in particular, she would not make a good running mate for either Trump or DeSantis. Dems think they know how to roll Republicans... and mostly they have been right, and they do it, over and over again. Republicans just want to be liked, so they surrender the minute they're called "mean" or "unfair". There's a whole list of names that make them wither and slink away in fear. Hence, we are so far down the road to self-immolation in a nightmarish green socialist totalitarian state. So far, Kari Lake is impressive (but we've never seen how she will govern), and Tudor Dixon, if she can win the governorship in MI, and then demonstrate leadership and toughness. That is if the VP candidate is to be a woman. Several candidates whom DJT has endorsed really are outstanding. Trump has taught those who listen that you have to fight for what you believe and for what you love. And... no rubberstamp support for the fiasco in Ukraine.

#3, #6, #14 Agree #6 It doesn’t matter who is the Republican nominee in 2024, the Dems will drag them through piles so excrement; true or bought & paid for. At least Trump is battle ready AND has the means to fight their vicious legal attacks. Americans are sick of working to pay taxes to this corrupt government while being called terrorists by that same government! Americans want their interests to come first, not Ukraine or Venezuela prisoners being released. Not the Mexican cartels, not the Taliban, etc. We want to have the values our nation was founded upon, Judah Christian honored. We want our borders honored. We want a say in how OUR money is spent. We want our representatives to LISTEN to US, not the globalist or radicals. We want our government to show us respect. I love DeSantis, love him! He has thick skin and the Lord is preparing him for the Presidency, when the time is right. He is an honorable man who is loyal to Florida and honors its citizens. He will use these next few years to study and learn. I predict DeSantis will be President of the United States from 2028 to 2036. As for Carrie Lake… maybe DeSantis VP and President from 2037 to 2045. Wouldn’t that be amazing!

Ok, so Stefanik runs with Trump in 2024. This puts DeSantis in the position of running against a VP in 2028. If Trump runs in 2024, he needs to pick DeSantis as his running mate. If DeSantis runs and wins, Trump might want to consider being Speaker of the House.

Was watching the Wall Street Journal Week in Review yesterday re: the Trump selected candidates for November and how some of them were struggling because they were poor campaigners and also weren't raising enough $ to put out enough ads to put forth their positions. When asked how much $ Trump himself had contributed to them from his HUGE war chest, Kim Strassel, who is in a position to know, said "Not One Cent!" Which is why I give $ to individual candidates but not one cent to the CONSTANT Trump emails and texts I receive daily. Again, the man seems to be thinking more about himself than the Country, and even though he is wildly competent (he tells me so himself AND has proven to be, in fact) I can't get behind him, even after having voted for him twice and given campaign $$$$$$. We are in a desolate time, and one of the reasons we are is we lost the Senate because of Trump's vendetta against Kemp etc. and thus the Dems rolled over us. We need someone who genuinely cares more about the USA than himself. I say this with sadness

NO! Elise is not MAGA! How about Kash Patel? He has the goods on the Left. He was named in the affidavit for a warrant to raid Trump's home. They hate him because he knows them. And no, the media won't leave anyone alone if nominated to run for president in 2024. Remember Sarah Palin in Alaska? She had an 80-90% favorability rating in Alaska before running for V.P. and before Big Media decided to try to destroy her. So, anyone worth a darn and fighting for the American public, will be the target for destruction from the evil MSM and evil politicians and talking heads. Stefanick would be a poor pick....she brings nothing electorally. But Trump wouldn't have to worry about her taking the spot light off Trump. I know the Dems want to run against a bruised-up Trump who is mired with legal problems, because if they don't get Trump, they will get DeSantis, who they know would be a much harder person to beat. They also know that Trump still polls very poorly with women and independents. Priority #1 - WIN !! Therefore, I hope Trump does the right thing for the conservative movement and the country, and steps aside.

She's heads and shoulders above the current VP, that moron, second rate call girl. But, Stefanik is too young, with absolutely little management experience. While I love DeSantis, and a Trump/DeSantis ticket would be a dream team, DeSantis should not take a second place spot. The attacks on Trump if and when he is elected for a 3rd term will continue. DeSantis needs to be far away from that and continuing in his last few years as a very, very successful governor. And quite frankly, all of this discussion presumes that our country will still be functioning as a democratic Republic come 2024. Things are not looking great today. Even if the Republicans somehow manage to eek a win out on November 8, unless McConnell is resoundingly routed from a leadership role and McCarthy is replaced by a true Trump conservative, the destruction of America will continue as the global Deep State knows that McCarthy and McConnell are both players. Without a substantial cleaning out of the deep staters from our government, I see no bright future for this country. I pray that I am wrong, wrong, wrong and somehow morning in America will dawn.

If, as has been reported, she has taken cash from Gates, that is a huge problem for me. You take their money and they will want something. I still think Trump/DeSantis is the team to beat. DeSantis brings so much to the ticket. I believe he would be the Ying to Trump’s Yang. Then he can slide into the top spot and continue putting America first.

A coalition of globalist nonprofits, academic institutions, and one private company reportedly worked with arms of the federal government and Democrat activist organizations to censor news websites in the runup to the 2020 election, and plans to do so again in 2022. The consortium, called the Election Integrity Partnership, is made up of four organizations: the Stanford Internet Observatory (SIO), the University of Washington’s Center for an Informed Public, the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab, and Graphika, a social media analytics company. In the runup to the 2020 election, the consortium created a system whereby state actors

The United States government is unconstitutionally targeting millions of Americans for their political speech by directly contracting with private ‘third parties’ that flag their viewpoints for alleged ‘misinformation.’ The federal government has contracted with at least five private companies or public non-profits to ‘flag’ Americans’ views on everything from Covid-19 to the 2020 election. The Democrat-led border city of El Paso, Texas, has been quietly working with the Biden administration to spend millions of dollars of federal money busing thousands of migrants to northern sanctuary cities, including New York and Chicago, DailyMail.com can reveal. While the Republican governors of Texas and Arizona – Greg Abbott and Doug Ducey – have made headlines sending migrants to liberal northern cities to spotlight the crisis on the southern frontier, El Paso is doing much the same, just without the fanfare. For some, El Paso's migrant-busing policy showcases how Democrat-led administrations are downplaying the crisis on America's border, speedily processing thousands of arrivals each day

Kanye West made a statement at his surprise Yeezy fashion show on Monday, wearing a black sweatshirt with the slogan 'White Lives Matter' written across it. Fashion models in the rapper’s show also wore clothing with the message written across it, a response to the Black Lives Matter movement that was founded in 2013 following the fatal shooting of Trayvon Martin by George Zimmerman. Also posing with West, 43, was the right-wing commentator Candace Owens, who beamed while wearing a complementary version of the 'White Lives Matter' shirt, and Kanye's daughter North West, nine, was even roped into the event.

Former president Donald Trump sued CNN for defamation on Monday, seeking $475 million in punitive damages and claiming that the network had carried out a “campaign of libel and slander” against him. Trump claims in his lawsuit, filed in US District Court in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., that the network had used its influence as a leading news organization to defeat him politically. CNN declined to comment on the case. Trump claims in the lawsuit that CNN has used such defamatory labels against him as “racist,” “Russian lackey,” “insurrectionist” and “Hitler.”

I don’t know how many times I have written some iteration of the theme that Joe Biden is a miserable lying dog-faced pony soldier, but he is, and he’s at it again. On Monday Joe Biden tweeted more lies to compound his previous lies about abortion and morality. Monday’s fib is slightly nuanced about abortion. His characterization of Republicans being in league with the Devil, is not. Biden has characterized Republicans in general, and Trump supporters in particular. as threats to democracy and vote suppressors. And now today, he claims that Republicans are just plain evil (because they don’t want babies murdered).

Joe Biden on Monday traveled to Port of Ponce, Puerto Rico to deliver remarks on his administration’s pledge to support the hurricane-hit region. Biden took a swipe at Trump as he departed the White House. Joe Biden said he’s going to Puerto Rico “Because they haven’t been taken very good care of.” “I’m heading to Puerto Rico because they haven’t been taken very good care of. And they’re trying like hell to catch up from the last hurricane, I want to see the state of affairs today and make sure we push everything we can,”

The argument that state legislatures have sole power to interpret their election laws, and the process for selecting presidential electors, is set to be heard by the Supreme Court — even as those on one side of the argument are being targeted by investigators. In recent weeks, the Department of Justice has served subpoenas and search warrants on dozens of individuals who have argued that presidential electors can legally be rejected by the Vice President and sent back to state legislatures for further reconsideration. The subpoenas have been part of a so-called “fake electors” inquiry into alternate slates of electors prepared by Trump supporters after the 2020 election.

Rep. Mark Pocan, a Wisconsin Democrat, is pushing legislation that would establish a national museum of American LGBTQ+ History and Culture in the nation’s capital. The lawmaker has filed bills that would establish a commission to study the potential creation of the museum and house it within the Smithsonian Institution. The eight-member commission would have 18 months to study the viability of creating and constructing the museum in Washington. Mr. Pocan, who is gay, said the LGBT community must be able to tell its stories. “As our community faces unprecedented attacks and attempts to erase our history, we must preserve and protect our stories for future generations,”

Given the current political realities in the United States and Canada, this report should surprise no sane person paying a modicum of attention to the attack on personal freedom in both countries. Still, it’s chilling as hell that Communist China continues to compromise territorial integrity around the world. As reported by The New York Post, China has opened dozens of “overseas police service stations” around the world to monitor its citizens living abroad, including one location in New York City and three in Toronto. Never-learning Europe is home to most of the police stations, including locations in London, Amsterdam, Prague, Budapest, Paris, Madrid, and Frankfurt.

Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) signed a law Friday that will decriminalize jaywalking across California, ending the familiar practice of police handing out tickets to pedestrians on the argument that the law is enforced more often against minorities than other people. The new law, AB 2147, known as the “Freedom to Walk Act,” could bring an end to a cultural difference that has marked otherwise libertine Californians as being uniquely deferential to laws governing pedestrian traffic. The difference between Californians, who ostensibly tend to obey “don’t walk” signals, and urban dwellers elsewhere in the country, who are notoriously defiant when it comes to crossing against traffic signals, was lampooned

Just before leaving office, former President Barack Obama told reporters in private remarks he was concerned about a breakdown of democratic norms over a "sustained period" should Donald Trump serve more than one term as president. Obama gave an off-the-record interview to reporters on Jan. 17, 2021, to discuss several topics, including the election of Trump over former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, according to documents obtained by Bloomberg and released by the Justice Department as part of a Freedom of Information Act request. After the election, Obama said he was most worried about preserving the democratic process so that if people are dissatisfied

There’s always some mystery in the news that provides a blank page for fantasy thinking. This week’s mystery has initiated a storm of speculation: What happened to cause leaks in Russia’s Nord Stream 1 and 2, designed to send gas to Germany? The speculation runs from rational to delusional. A good example of more rational speculation is by Jed Babbin at the Spectator: He thinks Russia is the most likely suspect: Germany, Sweden, the United States, and other NATO nations would not have attacked the pipelines. There has been some speculation among U.S. conservatives that we were responsible for the pipeline attacks.

Sen. Rick Scott on Sunday responded with reluctant criticism of former President Donald Trump‘s verbal jab at Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell and his wife, Elaine Chao. Mr. Trump on Friday lambasted Mr. McConnell as having a “DEATH WISH” for helping pass a stopgap funding bill to avoid a government shutdown and mocked Ms. Chao, who had served as his Transportation secretary. “Must immediately seek help and advise from his China loving wife, Coco Chow!” Mr. Trump posted on his social media site Truth Social. Mr. Scott of Florida, chairman of Senate Republicans’ campaign arm, initially dodged a question about whether such rhetoric was appropriate before he condemned it.

A top FBI official accused Trump-hating former agent Peter Strzok of doing long-term damage to the bureau’s reputation with a “sustained pattern of bad judgment” and “selfishness” in the newly released draft of the 2018 letter firing him. David Bowdich, who was deputy director of the bureau when he penned the brutally harsh draft of the dismissal letter, told Strzok the damage he caused to the bureau would last for years. He referred specifically to Strzok’s use of “an FBI device,” an apparent reference to the shocking text messages sent on bureau cell phones between Strzok and his paramour, Lisa Page,

The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) is still missing Trump administration records that it sought after the former president's term ended, the agency said in a letter on Friday. 'The National Archives has confirmed to the Oversight Committee that they still have not received all presidential records from the Trump White House,' Acting Archivist Debra Steidel Wall said. Wall said the Department of Justice (DOJ) would be consulted about whether 'to initiate an action for the recovery of records unlawfully removed' by White House officials. Further information about what action could be taken remains unclear, but the DoJ's warning raises the specter of another potential raid

WASHINGTON — Republicans are abandoning their long crusade to repeal the Affordable Care Act, making the 2022 election the first in more than a decade that won’t be fought over whether to protect or undo President Barack Obama’s signature achievement. The diminished appetite for repeal means the law — which has extended health care coverage to millions of people and survived numerous near-death experiences in Congress and the courts — now appears safer than ever. With slightly more than a month before the next election, Republicans in Congress and on the campaign trail aren’t making an issue of Obamacare.

This is the tale of two laptops, one tale definitely damaging to the Democrats, one potentially so. What they have in common is that the FBI did its damnedest to bury both. For all the hubbub about the Hunter Biden laptop, there has been little talk about the laptop owned by DNC data analyst Seth Rich. In the way of brief summary, the 27-year-old Rich was beaten and then shot by unknown assailants on a Washington, D.C. street in the early morning hours of July 10, 2016. His attackers appear to have taken nothing—not his wallet, not his phone, not his watch.

After nearly four years and millions of wasted taxpayer funds, U.S District Judge Steve C. Jones ruled on Friday that Georgia’s election practices had violated neither the Constitution nor the Voting Rights Act (VRA) during the 2018 gubernatorial election. Shortly after losing that election to Republican Brian Kemp, Democratic candidate Stacey Abrams famously blamed her loss on voter suppression and filed a federal lawsuit against Georgia’s Secretary of State and Election Board via her advocacy group, Fair Fight Action, Inc. Judge Jones finally put the Peach State out of its misery by ruling in favor of Georgia on all counts.
