A top FBI official accused Trump-hating former agent Peter Strzok of doing long-term damage to the bureau’s reputation with a “sustained pattern of bad judgment” and “selfishness” in the newly released draft of the 2018 letter firing him.
David Bowdich, who was deputy director of the bureau when he penned the brutally harsh draft of the dismissal letter, told Strzok the damage he caused to the bureau would last for years. He referred specifically to Strzok’s use of “an FBI device,” an apparent reference to the shocking text messages sent on bureau cell phones between Strzok and his paramour, Lisa Page,

#1 - Right you are, and then some.
Liberals, Dims, one-worlders and all their kin get "strongly worded letters." Conservatives, 'Pubs, patriots get thrown into solitary confinement for a year without any sort of legal charges, or "investigated" until they are financially destitute from paying for lawyers and no choice but to "settle."
This can't continue. It just can't.

Something tells me that David is probably more angry that Peter got caught, rather than for what he and Lisa and their co-conspirators did.

Is the reason for CNN's reorganization because they don't have enough air time for all of the anti-conservative America rats? MSNBC is already full up - 24/7

#7 nails it. Strzok acted stupidly and he got caught but four years later the FBI is still acting stupidly, all the while thinking they serve a purpose for the American people. I have news for you poseurs, you will be disbanded and unemployed long before you can continue to recite "fidelity, bravery, integrity" because it stopped being true a while ago.

It's a draft. Who even knows what the real letter says. I trust nothing that comes out of the FBI. And what a shame. I've worked with the FBI and also met agents in social situations. All good, dedicated people. But now, my faith and trust in our federal law enforcement system is shattered.

A ‘draft’ letter? The one the public gets to see? Let’s see the final version. They probably congratulated him.

FTA: "Bowdich claimed Inspector General Michael Horowitz found no evidence that political bias affected FBI investigations involving Strzok, but said the public perception was otherwise." Excuse me, Strzok said he needs to do everything possible to keep Trump from being elected. Are we to believe he then did nothing to support that statement?

Would love to rip the FBI a new basshole, but the agency already has enough bassholes . I should stop there in my comment on the FBI (Stasi) because agents have already been to my house to have a chat. The agents were outstanding men, btw (not joking). I understand why Hannity and Bongino love the agents who are patriots. Am lucky to still be free and live at home. Many friends are still confined and being treated worse than serial killers due to trespassing on Jan 6. Never forget, only-Trumpers, that they’re being tortured due to Trump’s disgusting cowardice at not giving everyone a pardon. The only-Trumpers shockingly forget his EXTREME FAILURES. You’re the flip side of the never-Trump coin. The country suffers (and will continue to suffer) because you’re incapable of thinking for yourself and honestly assessing Trump’s time in office. Dammit … wake up. You’re killing this nation as much as the Democrats.

A drafted letter that is proposed, and not sent, is just words on paper. It is void of any meaning unless we see the addressee open the letter!Oh how I miss Rush Limbaugh and his charming way of referring to Stroke-Strike-Strzok.

You have to wonder why Bowdich, high up in the FBI, suddenly "left." Was he forced out. I know the whistleblowers who are as outraged at what the FBI and Justice are doing now are being punished, WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW! ALTHOUGH THE LAW DOESN'T SEEM TO MATTER ANYMORE.

Nothing is worse than a 'brutal letter' tongue lashing. Give me a break nothing happened to the little worm like should have happened to a treasonous FBI agent and others that should have followed.

The FBI must be disbanded completely....let local police pick up the slack as a new program is put in place...it will take years....but WE must start somewhere....as President Trump says...."You're fired"....let Strzok and Page live with the knowledge they caused Americans to mistrust the FBI...it's been going on for years...I remember when Hoover went after Dr. Martin Luther King...

Trump had with omniscient vision and could peer into the future as if it were the past. He knew that all those men and women would be hounded, shackled and locked away the instant the word "insurrection" resounded from the flat-panels across America. He knew of their innocence. He knew that the outstanding men in our FBI would not rest until everyone was locked up and slowly ransomed off by Obam-installed auctioneers, and yet he didn't lift a finger !
As for Strzok & Strumpet, exchanging sweet-nothings on company stationary is no big deal. Glandular expression is a basic human right! Come on America! We're better than that!

Working for the FBI apparently gives full immunity from prosecution for crimes. That in itself is not legal. The heads of the DOJ and FBI should be fired and removed from office. Jerk walked out.

Abolish the FBI. Start over with a new law-enforcement agency.
