In response to President Joe Biden’s Inflation Reduction Act, House Rep. Jim Banks (R-Ind.) introduced a bill that would rescind the bill’s funding of 87,000 new IRS Agents and provide Americans with a tax break. On Sept. 26, Banks introduced the Defunding the IRS Army Act to “rescind” the funding of 87,000 additional IRS Agents included in the Democrats’ reconciliation bill, and “make permanent” the standard deduction in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. Banks’ bill comes as a response to the Inflation Reduction Act, which was passed by Congress and signed into law by President Biden on Aug.16.

Nutty, Nasty Nancy won't let it come to a vote, and Joe would veto it if, by some miracle, it were to pass in Congress. Great idea, yes. Near zero odds to get passed, unfortunately.

Chevron is selling its global headquarters in California as it continues to move its operations and employees to Texas, The Wall Street Journal reported Wednesday. The oil giant sold 92 acres of offices in San Ramon as its workers continue to relocate to its Houston campus, where it has three times the number of employees that California has, according to the WSJ. Chevron will follow in the footsteps of other large companies like Tesla and American Airlines that have left California in recent years for various reasons. “The current real estate market provides the opportunity to right-size our office space to meet the requirements of our headquarters-based employee population,”

The United States’ biggest threat isn’t foreign nations, it is the systematic dismantling of the foundations of democracy, it’s the woke philosophy of the left and methodical uncoupling of a nation that poses the biggest risks, according to Number 45. “Where did my America go, seriously? I mean this wholeheartedly folks,” asked One America News Network host Dan Ball at the beginning of the September 26 segment featuring former President Donald Trump. “Where did the America that I grew up in, the America that millions of people across this globe are trying to reach and become citizens each and every year? Dr. Anthony Fauci and his wife’s net worth grew by $5 million during the COVID-19 pandemic as thousands of US residents struggled financially, according to a government spending watchdog group. The combined wealth of the 81-year-old retiring director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and his bioethicist wife, Christine Grady, soared from $7.5 million in 2019 to $12.6 million at the end of 2021, according to a report from the non-profit OpenTheBooks. “Despite becoming a figure of controversy, the system has rewarded Dr. Fauci handsomely,” the group’s CEO, Adam Andrzejewski, told Fox News Digital. “While Dr. Fauci has been a government bureaucrat for more than 55 years,

President Joe Biden called for the late Rep. Jackie Walorski (R-IN) to appear during a live event on hunger and nutrition Wednesday. Walorski was killed in a car accident last month, and Biden had previously called her family to offer condolences. Though the White House attempted to spin his faux pas as a mere sign that Walorski was “top of mind,” describing it as the kind of mistake that anyone could make, the embarrassing error was the latest evidence that Biden may not be mentally competent to hold the office of president. And yet there is no talk about removing him from office, using the 25th Amendment

The U.S. economy was even weaker in the first half of the year than previously thought, data from the Commerce Department indicated on Thursday. Gross Domestic Product contracted by 1.6 percent in the first three months of 2022 and by 0.6 percent in the April through June quarter, meaning the economy shrank for two consecutive quarters. Those who argued that the economy was not actually in a recession could point to the low unemployment rate and a measure of the economy known as Gross Domestic Income, which had been reported as growing 1.8 percent in the first quarter and 1.4 percent in the second quarter.

Taxation and crushing regulation as well as progressive policies have a lot to do with it. It’s almost as if Biden and the left want to drive gas stations out of business.
