A group of individuals filed a class action lawsuit against Dominion Voting Systems, Facebook, CTCL and Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, which is now going to the US Supreme Court.
This group claims that the defendants worked together with government employees in a concerted and coordinated effort to change the results of the 2020 Presidential Election in ways that go against the US Constitution.
Here is a timeline of how they got here.
November 3rd, 2020 – 2 year Statute of Limitations begins -
December 22nd, 2020 – Dominion Class Action “Christmas Complaint”

SCOTUS missed their chances right after the 2020 election. They need to take this up now on an emergency basis. They need to weigh in on election integrity

I doubt that they will touch it with a ten foot pole.

The worst assault weapon we’ve seen
Is not the AR-15
But most lethal of all
Is the one that they call
The Dominion Voting Machine.

Dominion voting machines are programed to give Democrat candidates and issues a 1.5% built-in advantage. I've been told that by a number of well informed people.

(sigh) Nothing ever came of anything else the Hofts reported on - why should this "exclusive" be any different? 'A' for effort, though, guys.

#5, I commend the Hofts for sticking with this issue because it is the most important issue of the day. Without voter integrity, we have nothing. If a machine can determine the outcome of an election, we are done. The fact that the powers that be on the right and left want this issue completely shut down to the point people are being cancelled for even mentioning it, that should tell you everything you need to know.
If the SCOTUS takes this up, democrats will scream bloody murder. They will rail on the conservative bias of the court. The protests will begin because this one issue is paramount to winning for them. If they cannot cheat, they cannot win. It will be interesting to see if the Justices are up to the challenge. This is exactly the kind of case that was made for the Court. Will they take it up? God help them to make the correct decision. These Justices are ultimately men and women just like we are and I would hope that they could see that by taking a stand for election integrity their children and grandchildren will benefit from it. They have to look to the future and recognize the path we are on and make sure that the will of the people is the driving force and not a few criminals with programmable voting machines.

I really can't understand why the article kept switching between the acronym CFCL and CTCL, yet explained neither. Good luck with the lawsuit anyway.

IDK what's gonna happen to the suit or dominion or our country. This I know for drop dead certain:
Nobody on Earth has the slightest stinkin' idea what a computerized black box voting machine with proprietary sw is doing to your vote and your election.
Software has errors. Software corrupts. Software is designed to operate in ways such that you have no idea what it is actually doing.
No one who works in the IT industry can dispute this. It is pure ignorance to deny it.

I believe the devilcrats never intended to lose another election since the dog clinton regime. They just needed to get more people and props in place to secure it. Right now, they seem pretty secured. They're unconcerned about anything our side does; they are invincible. They are cocky, arrogant, haughty, and towering like cedars of Lebanon. Sucks to be them; their end won't be the rosy one they envision.

If it's just a standing issue, the Supreme Court won't rule on whether their claims are valid.

Why not? Roberts and his team were so bold as to overturn R v W despite continued blowback from the leaked draft opinion. Why not take on a juicy class action suit, too? But this time, let's see who disappears while the SCOTUS considers the case.

Last time it died 7/2 in the SCOTUS. The three Trump nominated Justices being unmoved by information available at the time. It all hinges on how they respond to what has come out in the last two years. They are not blind. But are they corrupt?

Another GW BOMBSHELL!!!!!!
This suit has been dismissed all along. So the plaintiffs file for SCOTUS certerori. And there is zero doubt SCOTUS will not grant. And then, of course, it's all rigged. Bunch of baloney.
And SCOTUS has no Constitutional authority to intervene in Presidential elections. Remember, you originalists, the continual pointing out that the state legislatures were the expressed controlling parties? They have the duty to run their elections and certify electors. Congress has the final say in adjudicating challenges. Even a Trump-appointed Federal judge in Wisconsin recognized that and explained it in his dismissal of the case there. Oddly, PDT and his trove of showpony lawyers (Powell, Giuliani and Wood) NEVER took his cases to any of the six REPUBLICAN LEGISLATURES where he lost in "upsets".

Although the voting machines are almost certainly corrupted I think traditional ballot box stuffing accounting for the bulk of Weekend at Joe's faux election.
Stuff millions of ballots to get close then tune n tweak the final results with corrupt voting machines as necessary.

Folks that say the time for court action is long past do not understand this case. This is not about the election results, Trump etc. It is a civil rights case about legal, voting citizens being denied free speech, due process and the right to sue via a civil suit for damage. They were stopped from suing big groups like facebook and dominion. This is a civil suit seeking damages via a jury trial. Standing again is an issue but it is much bigger than just this case. Why shouldn't people be able to sue and make their case in a civil process? Not a lawyer, but very interesting and, I think, very important! I hope folks will start advocating that SCOTUS agrees to take it up! Loudly!

It's weird or ironic that The USA, one of the supposedly most modern and technologically advanced nations on Earth has such a fractured, primitive and least secure voting systems on the planet. There are African nations and other "less advanced" nations with better and more secure and fraud free elections than the mighty USA.
WHY? It's scandalous. The DimOHcraps don't mind and have the most compunction to cheat. What the Dims did in 2020 was a criminal act. It was a coup d'etat by the so called voting booth. How and why did they manage to get away with it? Why aren't they in jail, prison or pushing up daisies. Off to Gitmo with them.
No more "early voting". No more mail in ballots unless you are gravely ill or serving abroad in our military. It should be a privilege to stand in line to vote in a free country. It's a duty. It's a duty for freedom. One person,...One ballot.
Freedom,.....the most radical political idea in the history of the world. It's worth protecting.
Many people "Can't handle freedom" or the truth.

This should have been done two years ago before the Imposter Idiot wrecked the country with his stolen presidency. All 545 people in Congress suddenly lost their spines, not to mention Mike Pence and the nine people who are supposed to be the third and equal branch of government.

If Dominion also makes the machines that control the slots in the big casinos it would explain a lot.
