Thirty former FBI agents, including a retired deputy assistant director, head of counterterrorism and five SWAT team members, have spoken out publicly in support of suspended FBI whistleblower Stephen Friend.
Their heartfelt messages, obtained exclusively by The Post, show a deep and widespread anguish about the politicization of the FBI.
“It’s time to stop the FBI from being the enforcer of a political party’s ideology,” says Ernie Tibaldi, a retired agent from San Francisco. “We need to reestablish the FBI as the apolitical and independent law enforcement entity that it always was.”

The TRUTH HURTS so The King will order retaliation against the truth-tellers. Biden & Rice under Obama’s tutelage have RUINED the FBI. When the COUP is revealed heads will roll. Americans want their country back now.

Not sure restoring this agency is even possible. They have acted in such a manner that all trust has been lost by the vast majority of the American people. The damage to the agency’s reputation is done and it is extensive. Frankly, I can’t see the benefit of trying to redeem the unredeemable. The extent to which they have overstepped their bounds is nigh to impossible to get past. We have never experienced such destruction of our civil rights by a government agency. Too many agents have gone along with the lawless upper echelon to think that this agency can be saved. The enforcement arm must be disbanded and those who participated in these raids must face serious consequences. It goes without saying that the individuals at highest levels must be prosecuted for their behavior. If not, something similar will happen again. The arrogance and lawlessness must be stamped out if the agency is to survive, it has to be completely overhauled. It might be make more sense to completely shut it down, prosecute those guilty of politicizing the agency, and rethink the need for an actual federal law enforcement agency. The democrat party has, once again, proven to be incapable of governing without running roughshod over the Constitution. It is a lawless and vindictive cabal more than willing to use its power against American citizens and should never be near the levers of power again.

They cannot be redeemed. They jumped off the cliff and the only way to go is down. With luck they will hit bottom soon and can be replaced by an agency with integrity, or better yet nothing at all. We really are better off with the criminals. At least we can shoot at the criminals without being swatted and executed under the authority of the shadow government.

I have experienced what this whistle-blower (Friend) is going through.
I had worked in a hospital when I reported a doctor for patient and staff abuse, and had collected many documented reports from other staff members. None would go with me. I started with my boss, then went up the chain-of-command to finally the Chief of Staff.
I was the one who got punished. While I was on vacation, the Director of Nursing assigned me to another department in the hospital, even though my specialty was an Oprating Room Nurse for over 30 years.
I don't regret my decision, for in the end, the doctor was found to be having a nervous breakdown and had to leave to get mental health care, at least the patients and staff were now safe.
It takes courage and conviction to report the wrong doings,
I commend what FBI Agent Friend has done.
PS: My cousin was an FBI Agent in the 50's-60's.

NO!!! You do NOT rehabilitate a corrupt mayor, or policeman or principle or clergy or government agency.
It is over when all trust is lost!

As in every organization, there are good and bad people in all levels. We shouldn't have to mention the good FBI people all of the time because that is what is expected of them, that is why we pay them. The cowboys with the automatic weapons, body armor and SWAT tactics getting unarmed political enemies out of bed in the middle of the night have got to go. The theatrics are going to get somebody killed.

I always wonder if those ''cowboys with automatic weapons and handcuffs'' are the result of poor leadership or just rogues on the hunt.

Until it's 30 current agents, I stand by the opinion that the FBI must be disbanded and every agent (including the one tasked with reading this post, talking to you, sir) becomes a whistleblower.
Sometimes all it takes for evil to win is for good men to do nothing.

I don't think we need to abolish the FBI, but I certainly think their Leader needs to be fired. Once a Republican President (who can rely on someone in his Inner Circle to recommend a new Head of the FBI) that person can then begin to Cull the Herd of folks who were working with Biden and his Team to take down Trump. Shouldn't be too hard to figure out who they were! If they can't demote them, send them somewhere in Alaska to finish out their time!

30? That's all?
There are about 36,000 employees who work for the Fumbling, Bumbling Idiots (FBI). That's less than 1 tenth of 1%.
We can survive a bad POTUS but not widespread corruption. If you work for the SS or the Gestapo, you're in with them. Sorry --- don't tell me you were "only following orders"! I despise you for your dishonesty and lack of character.

Guys and gals! And all those in between!
When has the FBI not been corrupt? It was okay when J. Edgar and his, ahem, friend, Clyde Tolson were in charge but they were as corrupt as their weird relationship. Mark Felt anyone? And these are just the several names we know of. Please. If I hear the brain dead Fox reporter talk about the noble "rank and file" again I'm going to puke. These are the guys doing the actual raids.

So where are the ACTIVE FBI agents supporting the whistleblower? Anyone? Anyone?
Disband the FBI. Tear down FBI headquarters and pour salt on the ground. Melt down all their badges and sell all their guns to law-abiding Americans.
