If Joe Biden and his ruling Democrats had intended to discredit President Trump through their showy Mar-a-Lago raid, a new poll suggests they have failed miserably. They've actually accomplished the the opposite of what they set out to do. According to the highly reputable and accurate I&I/TIPP, Trump has lost not a whit of popularity with Republican voters since the FBI raid. In fact, he's actually gained. What do the numbers say about Trump, who, between those two polls, endured the FBI’s raid, which has no precedent in U.S. history? In August, 53% of Republicans said they would vote for Trump. In September, that number rose to 54%, a small gain.

The public is onto Joe.

They have given him the vaunted liberal victim status as an unintended consequence. Of course he doesn’t need it for MAGA but it helps with democrats and independents who are tired of government control since Covid.

That's all lovely, and believable that Trump is holding fast to 54% of the Republican vote. But at least 50% of Republicans will surely vote for a Republican over a democrat no matter who the candidate may be. Just as 70% to 80% of democrats will vote democrat even if Brandon is the candidate and he's even more demented than he is now. The trick is to sway a larger number of independents or undecideds to the Republican Party. The dems and the MSM have poisoned many of them against President Trump. Personally, I sometimes wonder whether so many of President Trump's policies were so brilliant simply because Rush Limbaugh was so often whispering into his ear via telephone. He sure made some errors in many of his appointments, like Rex Tillerson as Secretary of State, Mattis and Esper as Secretaries of Defense, Jeff Sessions as Attorney General, and Elaine Chao (McConnell's wife) as Secretary of Transportation. And that's not to mention Reince Priebus, Anthony Scaramucci, and Sean Spicer.

I don't think the raid was so much intended as a way to discredit Trump. Things have gone way beyond concern about image and elections for the deep state. It's existential for them; Trump represents the threat of prison and disgrace for many of them, life and death. The raid was to get something, anything, to use against him and to find out what evidence he had against them and to take it from him.

The raid on Maralago was a vicious, illegal, desperate political attack on a former President, the likes of which this country has never before seen. And nobody believes that there is any legitimate reason for this thuggery. Clearly they are still scared spitless of Trump, so bad that they are irrational in the extreme, and this is proven by these evil little thugs imagining that this would do anything but make the junta and the FBI and DoJ look like the political hacks and thugs that they are. The FBI is clearly the same as the KGB of the USSR, criminals with badges.

While Joe Biden takes his 235th or so day of vacation to a Delaware beach as president, the stock market is tumbling, and Americans are staring in horror at their 401(k)s. According to CNBC, the reason is here: Falling stock markets have wiped out more than $9 trillion in wealth from U.S. households, putting more pressure on family balance sheets and spending. Americans’ holdings of corporate equities and mutual fund shares fell to $33 trillion at the end of the second quarter, down from $42 trillion at the start of the year, according to data from the Federal Reserve. With major market indexes falling even further since early July,

Just as news leaks out about Venezuela's socialist dictator emptying his prisons to fuel Biden's border surge, Joe Biden has announced that sending these particular foreign criminals back is "not rational." According to Fox News: President Biden said Tuesday that it is "not rational" to send migrants at the U.S.-Mexico border back to nations like Venezuela, Cuba and Nicaragua as concerns grow over the number of migrants arriving at the southern border. A reporter asked Biden why the border is "more overwhelmed on your watch." "Because there are three countries," Biden began. "There are fewer and fewer immigrants coming from Central America than from Mexico. It’s a totally different circumstance."

Illegal aliens who were deported off Martha’s Vineyard less than 48 hours after their arrival now say they would like to return to the “beautiful” elite island home of the wealthy’s summer estates. Late last week, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) sent two flights packed with 50 illegal aliens from Venezuela to Martha’s Vineyard, where former President Obama has a sprawling 29-acre summer estate. Less than 48 hours after their arrival, officials on Martha’s Vineyard declared a “humanitarian crisis” and claimed they have a “housing crisis” that prevents them from being able to absorb border crossers and illegal aliens, even as the island could shelter six million refugees.

To the extent he thinks about it, Joe Biden is probably expecting to be canonized by millennials whose student-loan debt he’s paring down. Depending on how the question is asked, though, the move is not popular. In a Trafalgar Group poll released on September 12, more than half of likely voters – 55.6 percent – and 64.6 percent of self-described independents said that they’d be “less likely” to cast their ballot for someone who backed the Biden debt relief plan. Other polls have shown the opposite sentiment. In truth, however, the issue of student-loan forgiveness is a distraction from the real problem in higher education.

Former President Donald Trump was supposed to be the death knell for the Republican Party and the Hispanic vote, helping to usher in the “emerging Democratic majority” forecasters had projected for decades. Instead, Trump made modest inroads with Hispanics himself and may have presided over the demographic shifting from a reliably Democratic voting bloc to more of a swing vote. If those trends hold through this year’s midterm elections, it could have lasting implications for the competitiveness of future races. In 2020, Trump won the highest share of the Hispanic vote of any Republican presidential nominee since George W. Bush in 2004.
