Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) officially introduced Articles of Impeachment against President Biden on Monday for selling off our Strategic Oil Reservices to the highest bidder which will almost certainly include our enemies. Greene’s move follows the Department of Energy announcing on Monday that it is auctioning off 10 million barrels of oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR). “I just introduced Articles of Impeachment on President Joe Biden. Joe Biden is selling our strategic petroleum reserves. This should never happen. He is draining our reserves and selling our oil. American’s oil to foreign countries and China is a top buyer,” Greene stated in a video released on Twitter.

Comments:

Wait until after the election. the reserves will have been diminished and oil will reach a new high. Additionally, we'll have to replenish the reserves AT THE NEW HIGH.
Oil for the lamps of China.

This is stupid. The President has the legal authority as the Executive to sell the SPR to achieve whatever goals he believes are in the best interest of the country. He doesn't have to be smart or right, but he can do it nonetheless. MTG is a firebrand but she's just grandstanding with this kind of nonsense.

Biden and the Democrats fully intend to do the tear down the USA part of their build back better plan. Trump filled the reserve with $35 a barrel oil, which Biden is using, only to have to refill the reserve with $95 a barrel oil, if that. The Biden administration, not allowing domestic oil production, will probably import it for $120 a barrel.

She is 100% correct. She has 0% chance of getting Biden impeached. I don't think Republicans can win big enough to get it done. And Democrats would vote against it with their last breath.

I have two words for MTG: Go away. Pure grandstanding with zero hope of getting anywhere, giving Dems a huge opportunity to paint her as the face of the GOP, and hurting our chances of taking the House and Senate. I see zero difference between her and AOC -- there is no there there.

I don't disagree with MTG that Old Demented Brandon should be impeached, but it's pointless showboating to file articles now while the Rats are still running the House. Keep the powder dry until January.

Doing your job poorly, or exercising bad judgement are not impeachable offenses. If it was, every president would be impeached for something. Here's a suggestion Congresswoman..... Introduce some legislation that will reign in the imperial presidency.

I’ve repeatedly speculated that social justice has an odd effect on the brain and people who embrace it seem to suffer something akin to mental illness. At this time, we don’t know if the chicken came before the egg and those with mental illnesses are simply attracted to it naturally, but we have confirmed cases of people being normal, going through a university “education” and coming out the other side wholly indoctrinated. You can witness something like this on full display pretty regularly thanks to Twitter accounts like “Libs of TikTok,” but another video has emerged showing another instance of pure insanity. As you can see in the video

President Joe Biden declared a state of emergency for Florida on Saturday as Tropical Storm Ian gained strength and barreled toward the Sunshine State. Biden’s declaration came after he delayed a trip to southern Florida scheduled for Tuesday, when he was set to discuss health care in Fort Lauderdale and then attend a Democratic National Committee event in Orlando, the Miami Herald reported. The declaration authorizes the Department of Homeland Security and FEMA to coordinate disaster relief efforts and provide assistance, according to the White House. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis issued a state of emergency and mobilized the state’s National Guard earlier in the day as Ian gained strength.

The far-left state of California further embraced neo-paganism this week when Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a bill into law allowing the practice of composting dead human beings to better combat climate change. Citing the high CO2 emissions associated with cremation, the bill will give people the option to give their dead remains over to a process known as natural organic reduction (NOR) should they not want to be buried or cremated. “The process involves placing the body inside a long, reusable steel container along with wood chips and flowers to aerate it – allowing microbes and bacteria to break down the remains,” according to the Daily Mail.

It may be time to pass on gas. The more than 40 million households in the US who use a gas stove might want to consider an alternative. New findings have shown that gas stoves — even when turned off — may cause asthma in children and put adults at risk of cancer. Dr. Jonathan Levy, an environmental health professor at Boston University, claimed the stoves may pollute the air with nitrogen dioxide, which can cause lung damage. The pollutant, a “byproduct of fuel combustion,” is also the same that is produced on major highways, but since the kitchen is an enclosed space, it puts inhabitants at more risk.

Are people finally starting to catch on to the fact that electric vehicles are a terrible idea? I hope so. Bjorn Lomborg makes the case in accessible form in the Wall Street Journal. To begin with, EVs don’t even save much on CO2 emissions: Over its lifetime, an electric car does emit less CO2 than a gasoline car, but the difference can range considerably depending on how the electricity is generated. Making batteries for electric cars also requires a massive amount of energy, mostly from burning coal in China.

People who heat their homes above a certain temperature in Switzerland during the Winter face fines and potentially up to three years in prison if energy rationing measures are put in place. Under proposed legislation in the home of the World Economic Forum (WEF), Swiss lawmakers are preparing to set legal limits on the use of heating during the winter should the country face energy shortages. Under the plans, gas-heated buildings would be capped at 19C (66.2F) and water heating up to 60C (140F). Saunas and swimming pools would also be forced by government diktat to remain cold.
