If a politician from Florida decides to run for president in 2024, his (or her) home state will be short two votes in the Electoral College, and when the new session of the U.S. House of Representatives convenes in January 2023, Florida will be missing two congressional seats to which it is entitled.
Why? Because according to a post-2020 census survey, the U.S. Census Bureau significantly undercounted the population of Florida, as well as Arkansas, Illinois, Mississippi, Tennessee and Texas. At the same time, it overcounted the population of eight states, all but one of which is a blue state. The 2020 errors were discovered when

But the riggers significantly overcounted votes in blue states in 2020; doesn't that count for something?

There is a difference between 'bungled' and sabotaged. The Census Must be corrected, the perpetrators hunted down and tried for treason.
When someone actions threaten the well being of the nation at large, it is treason.

What do Kevin and Mitch say about this theft of several GOP congressional seats? Nothing, of course. The GOP has no message and pathetic congressional leadership. We have been sold out.

For the 4,108th time in a row - - "errors" and "bungling" favored the demonrats - - and hurt the Pubbies.
Try tossing a coin 4,108 times - - and see if you can get "heads" every time.

Bungled, my great aunt Minnie's horse's manure! I would have thought bungled myself some time in the past, but not today. The Federal bureaucracy, the Deep State, The Swamp, is utterly corrupt from top to bottom. The USA has become a one-party authoritarian state well on its way to becoming a totalitarian dictatorship.

The decision to deliberately miscount occurred on November 1, 2016 when Donald John Trump defeated the Wicked Witch of Chappaqua. That was the day that the United States of America exposed the evil beast that lurks within the bowels of Washington, DC.

"Bungled".....BS. Intentionally, fraudulently manipulated to keep conservative states from getting the correct number of Representatives, and to give leftist states more Representatives than is legal.

There's no Government agency that can be trusted. The Census Bureau made another human error, but failed to correct the error. Was it intentional? I have a bridge over the Hudson for sale, cheap.

Once the govt. refused to include the citizenship question, I figured the jig was up, anyway. OTOH, I'm not sure I agree that there's no remedy. A re-do could be carried out, although at great expense and with uncertain accuracy, then the results could at least be applied in the next scheduled election. Probably impractical. Difficult in this day and age to conduct an accurate nationwide census. Time to amend the constitution with a more effective and foolproof process? Maybe, but good luck with that......

I’m surprised that this wasn’t mentioned in the article…
0bama took over the census bureau and moved it under the jurisdiction of the WH and out of the Commerce Department shortly after he became president in 2009. Gee, what a coincidence.

The federal government has a very short list of constitutionally mandated responsibilities. And, either can't or won't do any of them correctly.
It's to late to fix this for 2022, but it can be fixed by 2024.
And why hasn't lawsuits been filled? This isn't new news, and it should have been in front of the Supreme court by now.

The idea that the census can't be changed even after errors are found is BS. This is the excuse that demosluts in D.C. are using when the topic comes up.

I must be missing something. If the Census Bureau can prove that, for example, the population of Delaware was over-counted by 5.45% at the time of the census, then why can’t the agency just deduct 5.45% of its reported population and go with that?

The fix is in forget talk of a 'red wave' the blue wave will be even bigger. We have no government of the people we are fronted by crooks, liars and thieves. This is serious while trillions of dollars are stolen every month for democrats pet projects, but the census can't be fixed because it's too costly. Thank sleepy republicans for most of this not paying attention to the slight of hands by cheating democrats. I hate this government and Washington.

Did anyone see the communication between the Census Bureau and Big Tech that was revealed by the two Attorney Generals from Missouri and Louisiana in their lawsuit against the government/Big Tech?
What would the Census Bureau be doing contacting Big Tech other than censoring speech? Conclusion. The Census Bureau has been infiltrated with Leftist Communists who hate Red States and didn't want to give them more Congressmen for their gain in population. Sick and Evil! Someone should be in prison for this crime!

So what's new...the government bureaucrats are cheating...WE know this will happen...so let's vote in numbers they cannot cheat and steal...and replace them all...WHEN President Trump wins in 2024...he should insist on all government employees turning in resignations...then HE can decide who loves our country...not political patronage....

How are including the population figures of four or five million illegal aliens who unlawfully entered the USA since Biden assumed office, plus the about twenty million illegal aliens already inside the USA, going to affect future US censuses and the certain redistricting of a yet unknown number of congressional seats?
You can bet that those population figures and such redistricting will greatly favor the Democrats by redistricting a yet unknown number of congressional seats and moving them to Democrat controlled areas and big cities where Democrat candidates will have little problem being elected to those new congressional seats. If not, common sense dictates that the power hungry Democrats would not allow the super bureaucrats controlling the federal census bureau to count the illegal alien population in future censuses. You can bet your best boots on that!

It wasn’t bungled it was intentionally fraudulent to achieve the results they did. They weren’t errors. It was just another tool in the cabal of organized election theft designed to have democrats take control of everything. This isn’t the error ridden bungled census data you are looking for. Nothing here, move along. Everything’s fine. No problem.

This country is in serious trouble. We need a religious revival. Too many people will do anything to win. It would be different if, in winning, they were doing good for our country - they're not.
And the Republican party has to stand up and find the courage to do the right thing. They will be more responsible for the collapse of this country than the Democrats because they sit on their hands and DO NOTHING.
Lord, please hear our prayer and let our cry come unto Thee.
