U.S. District Judge from the Southern District of Florida Judge Aileen M. Cannon has revealed that among the documents seized by the FBI at Mar-a-Lago from former President Trump were 40 years’ worth of medical records and accounting information connected to his taxes. (Video) The judge halted on Monday the FBI’s review of more than 11,000 documents the agency seized from Trump’s residence, according to Fox News. She ordered an independent special master be appointed to review the records for attorney-client and executive privilege. “According to the Privilege Review Team’s Report, the seized materials include medical documents, correspondence related to taxes, and accounting information,” Cannon stated in her order.

Way, way outside of the scope of the search warrant. Criminal. The Fourth Amendment of the Constitution reads: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. We have NOT seen the "oath or affirmation", and does it say that they have some legal claim against his medical and tax documents? The search was a totally criminal fishing expedition and completely overreached. All the FBI agents that did the confiscation and the judge that signed the warrant should be arrested.

The DOJ got their big prize with Trump's Tax and health records. The media has been salivating to get Trump's tax and health records for years. The NY AG, Letitia James, would give up her first born child for the tax records. We all know that mysterious leaks of documents have occurred. Even with the Judges orders, these documents are already in the governments hands and most likely copied. Confidentiality does not matter to the DOJ swamp dwellers. What does matter, is that at some opportune time in the future, the personal items like medical and tax records will mysteriously leak out to selected people or media outlets. They may not be able to use them as evidence in court, but the damage will be done and the DOJ swamps mission will be accomplished.

#3, the IRS has had the 40 years of Trump’s tax returns, and with Democrat loyalists like Lois Lerner in the IRS, would have and probably has already given all of Trump’s, his families and his business returns to the FBI. The purpose for seizing all of these personal items was and will be to allow Biden, his DoJ and his gestapo, the FBI, to smear and undermine Trump. Would not surprise if the DoJ and FBI leak stories to WaPo, NYT and other “news” sources that agents are combing files to find payments to Trump from the former Soviet Union, now Russia. Just this weekend, the incredibly sleazy House member from Delaware, Raskin, clearly implied that the reason the Top Secret file folders were empty at Mar-a-Lago was due to Trump already giving contents to foreign countries We can expect more of these ugly innuendos from Biden and the rest of the Dems.

Locking the barn door after the horses were stolen, and skunks, rats and weasels moved into the barn. The FBI has already copied every document they think that they can use against Trump or any of his friends or supporters, and destroyed anything that may be exculpatory evidence. And they have likely already distributed anything that could be spun to look bad about Trump to their leftist political and media allies.

Has there even been a political party as thoroughly corrupt as this Biden cabal? However, the real treachery comes from the unelected bureaucrats in the DOJ and FBI doing what they know is wrong on so many levels. They have infiltrated our government for the sole purpose of turning these agencies into the strong arm of the democrat party. They are the enforcers of this lawless cabal and should be indicted, prosecuted, and thrown in the worst prison in this country for the rest of their miserable traitorous lives.
