Knucklehead Of The Week: Suspended By

Warren Has A Pathetic Response

If politics and society mirror the natural world, then we might conclude that for every phenomenon there is a counter-phenomenon there to balance things out. In the context of our weekly tribute to stupidity, therefore, we would declare that for every knucklehead, there is an anti-knucklehead. That theory might not hold true in every instance, but it certainly holds true in this situation. Andrew Warren, an elected prosecutor in Hillsborough County Florida, inexplicably determined that he wasn’t merely elected to enforce the laws, he was there to write and adjudicate them as well. And then Warren ran into anti-knucklehead extraordinaire: Governor Ron DeSantis.

Such a clown.

One might think that these pansy DAs are getting money under the table as well as campaign finance help. Why else would they risk their careers blatantly not enforcing the laws they swore to uphold. I hope other governors wise up like DeSantis.

Every Attorney general who ever received a dollar from George Soros should be removed. Soros should be arrested and turned over to a country that is wanting to book him for his interfering with their economy.

The response may be pathetic, but his lawsuit filings won't be. This comes down to whether the Florida Governor has the constitution authority to remove a state attorney (elected, by the way) for use/abuse of prosecutorial discretion. The greater probem for DeSantis in the courts is that his executive order contains no specificity as to the acts/cases that underlie his order of removal. Win or lose, this is a "win" for DeSantis politically.

This is how prosecutors who publicly vow to violate their oath of office should be treated. This idiot leftist was NOT elected to decide what laws the state of Florida has, that is the legislature's job. His job is to enforce ALL the laws, EQUALLY. And he said he wouldn't do that, and now he's gone. Perfect.

Adam Warren is so typical of these progressives or whatever you want to call them. They are absolutely dead set in their wrongheadedness and just can't see the forest for the trees. He's a knucklehead or worse. He's allegedly a lawyer and knows that DeSantis is right in firing him. DeSantis wouldn't have made that move unless he was absolutely sure that he could do it. And remember that DeSantis reviewed every DA in the state, not just Warren, so Warren can't say he was being singled out. He did what Clinton did in firing every Attorney General during the Whitewater Gate investigation, so he could get the Arkansas AG, who was hot on his heels out of the way. What is Warren going to appeal. It's a loser and he knows it, but he is trying to save face and not admit he was in the wrong.

This article directly answered questions I had yesterday regarding provisions in the Florida Constitution allowing the governor to remove elected state officials for cause. DeSantis enjoys a very strong-governor supportive constitution and it's good to see him use his authority. Too bad there are some red states that have no such provision, like Texas.

#5 Article IV, section 7(a), of the Florida State Constitution authorizes the Governor to suspend any state officer not subject to impeachment or any county officer on any of the following grounds: malfeasance, misfeasance, neglect of duty, drunkenness, incompetence, permanent inability to perform official duties, or commission of a felony. The Florida Senate has the exclusive responsibility to sit in judgment of the merits of a suspension. The Senate may remove from office or reinstate the suspended official.

Calling these anti-American revolutionaries "clowns" and "knuckleheads" is very wrong headed. They are not joking, they are not trying to be funny, they are not stupid, they are not "dummies".....they are evil. They have an extreme leftist world view and they fully intend to work every single day to destroy the USA, destroy our rights, cause higher crime levels, which WILL get people killed that would otherwise have had a normal, safe life. They aren't funny, they aren't stupid. They are dangerous as hell, and need to be taken down HARD every time we can, and prevented from ever coming to a position of power again.

Elon Musk questioned President Joe Biden’s ongoing effort to release WNBA star Brittney Griner from a Russian prison while thousands are locked up in the US for the same offense. Griner was sentenced to nine years in Russia for cannabis possession and Musk noted others locked up on American soil aren’t getting the same attention from the White House. “If the president is working so hard to free someone who is in jail in Russia for some weed, shouldn’t we free people in America?” the Tesla CEO asked on an episode of the “Full Send” podcast this week.

In February, American basketball star Brittney Griner was arrested at a Moscow airport after attempting to bring cannabis oil into the country, which is illegal according to Russian law. In the almost six months since being apprehended, Griner has lingered in a less-than-comfortable prison cell. On Thursday, the legal proceedings of the case came to a close when a Russian court delivered a guilty verdict, followed by a harsh sentence of nine years behind bars. None of Thursday’s developments should have come as a surprise to anyone. As we’ve noted before, 99% of all Russian prosecutions end with a guilty verdict, and with a maximum available sentence of ten years,

There’s an approach by Democrats to problem-solving that is becoming increasingly common, and it’s a tactic that focuses on our language. Rather than fixing problems, they instead attempt to either eliminate words from our daily lexicon or simply change the definition of the word. In March in the deep blue state of New Jersey, for instance, we saw the practice in action when state lawmakers eliminated the word “inmate” from their criminal code in favor of “incarcerated person.” We saw another example of it this week when the Biden Administration insisted on trying to redefine the term “recession.”

There is perhaps no better example of gaslighting by today’s Democratic Party than when it comes to the issue of “Defund the Police.” In the aftermath of the death of George Floyd in the spring of 2020, the mantra was all the rage in leftwing, Democratic circles. Their media, their spokespeople, their elected officials – all of them – were singing the same song: Police are evil, the system is racist, and we need to put our tax dollars to use doing something else. The movement never made any sense. Anyone who is old enough to remember the days of high-crime cities or who has watched movies like

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) is virtually always a candidate. Aside from President Joe Biden, no one has received the honor more than AOC, with this week marking her fourth appearance. Accordingly, our panel tends to avoid selecting the leader of “The Squad” if possible, considering that there is so much knuckleheadedness out there to call attention to, and it just doesn’t seem fair that the second-term congresswoman should dominate our Saturday tributes. In the world of politics and the justice system, we seldom find ourselves with absolutes. Even the best politicians and lawyers have their flaws, and even the most disgraceful officials occasionally reveal some redeeming quality. As great as Ronald Reagan was, he apparently lacked when it came to parenting skills, if we are to believe certain members of his family. And as reprehensible as the far-left Bernie Sanders may be, at least he’s philosophically consistent, going after fellow Democrats when he deems necessary and admitting that his far-fetched socialist plans would indeed increase taxes on the middle class. Then we have characters such as Michael Avenatti:
