After Dobbs, MSNBC legal analyst predicts
privacy will be 'abolished,' desegregation next

Original Article

MSNBC legal analyst Glenn Kirschner argued desegregation and privacy rights could vanish because of the Supreme Court's recent ruling to overturn the landmark abortion case, Roe v. Wade. The former federal prosecutor complained to New York Times columnist and MSNBC guest host Charles Blow about the spate of "horrible" decisions made by the court that upset the left, such as protecting the rights of religious schools and public prayer. He suggested the court had given states, "unfettered power."

Comments:

A couple of things here: firstly, what do you call "safe spaces' in colleges where whites have been chased away from in the name of 'diversity' and 'inclusion'? What about students demanding dorms where only their race is allowed? Or events that include in their advertising warning to whites not to attend? MSNBC missed the boat on voluntary segregation, I see. And secondly-giving states 'unfettered power'? What a hoot this schumck must be at parties! The country is called The United States for a reason you evil clown. The Federal Gvt is supposed to keep out of the affairs of the states as much as possible in the absence of constitutional amendments. This guy is a commisar wanna-be. Perfect Democrat. Perfect authoritarian.

Excuse me? Privacy ceased to be a thing with Google, cell phone meta data, social media and DEMANDS to show proof of the clot shot. It's really cute that people still think they have a right to privacy when they waive those rights with acceptance of every user agreement.

"He suggested the court had given states, "unfettered power."" Well DUH, except for the ENUMERATED POWERS of the federal government, all the rest of governmental power DOES belong to the states or the American People. It's only lazy, Leftist, loony lawyers like this one that think that the federal government should rule all of us. They have gotten away with it for over 50 years and FINALLY the balance has swung back to the Constitutionally described distribution of responsibilities and power. The Left can't accomplish the insanity they promote through legitimate votes so they corrupted the SCOTUS and created a bloated, unelected, and unaccountable bureaucracy to accomplish their ends. The court has been fixed and the restored court has declared the bureaucratic agencies cannot act without more specific legislative guidance. Now the Leftists are back trying to get votes that they DO NOT HAVE to accomplish their ends. This November promises that to be completely shut down as well. The Left's power structure has been shut down and their propaganda media has been near fatally crippled. Of COURSE the Left is going to be upset. The summed results are far worse than Trump being elected in 2016. Yes, Trump opened the doors to all this change by appointing the right justices and chopping up the hapless media but more has happened beyond Trump himself. The skillful lawyers that brought suit and the justices that bravely wrapped up the cases so powerfully deserve a lot of credit. The Conservative media fighting against the Leftist press also have kept the flame of freedom burning.

What privacy? The privacy one has to their healthcare and health? That was blown out of the water by Obambicare which enshrined into law that the federal goobernment and insurance companies have un limited access to everyones' in the US healthcare records. Abortion affects the few. Healthcare affects us all. Obambicare took HIPPA and said only the commoners are held to HIPPA privacy laws. But we the federal goobernment and our lapdog insurance companies can pry into any Americans' health records and go to town.

Im particularly hopeful that the reversal of RvW means an adoptee can petition the state for access to their Original Birth Certificate, because no where in any of the history of the practice of adoption in this country was a birth mother EVER promised privacy, just the protection of the adoptive couple against the adoptee reconnecting with their original family. I should point out that in the four (6?) states that have opened up the records to adoptees, abortion WENT DOWN A LOT. Something to think about...
