The Pentagon first raised the possibility of sending National Guard troops to the U.S. Capitol four days before the Jan. 6 riots, setting in motion a series of rejections by Capitol Police and Democrats that left Congress vulnerable as threats of violence were rising, according to government memos that validate Trump administration officials' long-held claims. An official timeline of the Jan. 6 tragedy assembled by Capitol Police shows that a Defense Department official reached out to a Capitol Police deputy chief, Sean Gallagher, on Jan. 2, 2021 to see if a request for troops was forthcoming, but the offer was quickly rejected after a consultation with then-Chief Steve Sund.

If you read the timeline...suddenly, at 1253 they stop referring to the people as Demonstrators/Marchers/Protestors..and start calling them "Insurrectionists". Who declared that this was an Insurrection at that time? Or was it revised after to the fact to include that particular description. COP Sund had asked several times for Nat Guard support request, was declined, then after things got rolling several more times he asked House/Senate Sergeant at Arms to make a request, they continued to refuse.SWAT and police from several surrounding counties and cities were called in long before a request was final made for Nat Guard support. Also...House side demanded that Senate side remove bike rack barriers claiming they thought it made them subject to larger potential crowds...coincidentally antifa had announced that THEY were all to gather on the Senate steps and the bike racks would have restricted their access. Dem house members had supported and promoted the antifa demonstration, as well as the They/Them coalition, Trump Your Fired! groups,as well as the Socialist RevolutionaryYouth groups and wanted them all coordinated to meet on the Senate side.. Orders were given that NO person was allowed in or OUT of the Capitol, while demonstrators were inside, they were refused exit at various doors when they tried to peacefully leave.

Unfortunately, like a lot of things this is long and detailed, but extremely informative. I have not ever read, or heard, there were counter protesters supporting Biden expected at the Jan 6 demonstration. And, how it's regularly referred to as "demonstration of First Amendment rights" in multiple official reports. Trump administration requested and worked at trying to ensure the National Guard was deployed, at a minimum. That so many ignored or dismissed so much, and all are connected to Democrat officials, is amazing. Suggest reading through and opening the links with the detailed reports and Bowser's letter. her last paragraph says a lot.

Bowser etal wanted to be sure that their Antif/Blm "friends" were going to be free to attack Trump supporters , just as they had at prior events from his inauguration onward...in fact, the night of Jan 5th Trump people WERE attacked, one lady's nose was broken by a BLM supporter who stomped into the middle of a Trump group and started screaming in their faces. The fact that the BLM woman was also a security Guard, in Uniform, and was NOT arrested by Bowsers police when handed over to them says "A Lot"

In the wake of the myriad failures during the covid pandemic response, World Health Organization officials did little self reflection. The immediate and most obvious speculation (including by me) was that the leak was by a liberal/leftist, likely a law clerk, trying to create a firestorm of protest that would pressure one of those five Justices to wobble, much like Chief Justice John Roberts reportedly switched his vote on Obamacare in 2012.(Snip)So an activist could leak using a false narrative that Alito represents the majority, can generate the protests and the energy in the base, can create an issue for the midterms, and at the end of the day, Roe survives, which can be spun as a victory for the protesters, proving the mob was able to intimidate the Justices.

Terms used moving forward should include 'ineffective' or 'insufficient' weight loss, or even 'secondary weight regain'. No specific suggestions were given to replace the phrase 'morbid', however severe is often used instead. Critics today slammed the recommendation, published in a leading obesity journal, saying it was 'odd' given morbid obesity is a clinical term.
