Comments:

While I am well aware of the copycat phenomenon that often accompanies tragedies like this, I find it a bit unlikely that they would happen, conveniently in a state and Administration that the Democrats hate so thoroughly. This feels wrong, and it doesn't help that there are so many cases in the past - J6, the Witmer Plot, Ruby Ridge, Waco, as well as others less infamous, where under Democrat Administrations, official resources were used to provoke or induce responses to further Liberal talking points. I don't have proof. Just my gut.

I was discussing with a millenial friend the other night at dinner that I was baffled why so many of his generation and the next younger one were so obsessed with the idea of becoming famous, and seeking fame on the internet, putting their whole lives out there. This seems quite abnormal and unhealthy to me, and then last place I want to have a "presence" and fame is on some Facebook or similar site on line. I wonder if this wide swath of desire for fame in young people winds up morphing into these killer's ideas of becoming famous in their deaths for killing others - and the more heinous, the more they expect to be noticed and famous. This is clearly mental illness, but is this unhealthy young culture of seeking internet fame as the most desirable thing in life the root of this dramatically perverted version of that? Instead of "I want to grow up to be a nurse, or a fireman, or a top sports figure, or a pilot, or a teacher, or an engineer, or doctor"....it's "I want to grow up to be an internet influencer"....a vapid, pointless, sad, and usually very phony existence. And the darker version.....is that just a half a step down to a mass killer?

To the OP, it is well known that the feds instigated a lot of the riots in the late 1960's / early 1970's by infiltrating various groups and pushing those groups to act out. My brother was at a university during this time and told me how certain people were the "pushers" to get others to act. So it is not out side the realm of reality to think that the dems have something to do with this.

Agreed #1, but I do believe the media is offering a helping hand in "where do they get the idea that being famous is everything". Sports stars are idolized and can do no wrong. But these cowardly followers don't have the talent to follow in their footsteps. Probably Kim Kardashian is the most well known nobody to make it to the top of the gossip pages. Kids see these people as being "somebody" and want to get their names in lights, however and whatever it takes. I fault the media for many things, especially this one.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court issued an order Saturday vacating a lower court’s decision to suspend the certification of the state’s vote in the presidential election, holding that a challenge to the state’s vote-by-mail laws had come too late. On Saturday, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturned Judge McCullough’s order under the doctrine of “laches,” ruling that Rep. Kelly and others should have brought the constitutional challenge before the primary and general elections in 2020 — not after millions of voters in Pennsylvania had already cast their ballots:

Lockdowns won’t end until anticipated vaccines “come to our aid” in the future and the country can expect a “hard winter”, the Prime Minister has said, as the government’s science advisor warned it is quite possible the coronavirus will simply mutate to outperform vaccinations. Yet subsequent comments by the science experts flanking the Prime Minister at Thursday’s conference made clear that the arrival of a vaccine would not necessarily herald the end of Covid-19 as repeat vaccinations may, in the eyes of the government, be required in return for allowing society to re-establish itself.

For his first three years of life, Izidor lived at the hospital. The dark-eyed, black-haired boy, born June 20, 1980, had been abandoned when he was a few weeks old. The reason was obvious to anyone who bothered to look: His right leg was a bit deformed. After a bout of illness (probably polio), he had been tossed into a sea of abandoned infants in the Socialist Republic of Romania.
